"The view from the hotel is spectacular. Inside the room and corridors the decor is dated and shabby. The bathroom taps were grubby with grime and difficult to turn. No bottled water in the room and next to no soundproofing between rooms, especially bathrooms. The fire doors in the corridor banged when shutting. "Cormorant View is a lovely house to stay in, it was clean and tidy, although some of the picture frames were in need of dusting. The views from the windows in the lounge and main bedroom are spectacular and it iwas a pleasure to wake up and see birds opposite.We had 7 people staying and while there were enough items in the kitchen, there were only 8 tea/coffee cups and 8 forks, some additional forks and mugs would have been useful.
