"This is a lovely unit in a good neighborhood. I stayed 5 days. Very comfortable. The big negative was the exterior common area. It is a construction site. Dirty with scaffolding everywhere. The exterior of the building is being redone. That said, once I was in the unit, everything was fine. Small bedroom with really no place to put luggage other than floor. I asked for a luggage rack, but it was not provided. A small cost. It should be! Shared bathroom was no problem. Given the comparable high...

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood. Close to Gas Town, waterfront and other attractions, plus a train station very nearby. The train does come very frequently but the noise didn’t bother us. Easy access to the train station requires walking up many steps. The condo has a great view and owner was very responsive and friendly."

"A bit of a sketchy area near transit station that was very loud all night. Would be convenient if you were attending an event at the arena. Faucet in kitchen coming loose. Parking area (not affiliated) closes after 9pm so plan accordingly. "

"They gratiously allowed us to check in early as my oldest got very sick from the flight and sky train travel. The place was very quiet even though we were across from Rogers centre. Lots of food options all around us. Definitely be back here when we come back. "

The apartment had everything we needed, was very comfortable and had an AMAZING view! The location of the apartment is perfect! Easy access to the SkyTrain, Roger’s Arena, the stadium, Chinatown, very walkable area, and an AquaBus stop at the Plaza of Nations"

"Iman's place is truly a gem! He is fast to respond and makes sure everything goes seamlessly. The place is well kept and clean, very spacious with all the amenities one could need (including underground parking). The decks are peaceful with nice views, and the surrounding area is in a respectable area of downtown within walking distance of various places to eat, and also steps from the ferry that takes you to places along false creek including Granville island. Would recommend!"
