"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is outstanding, it is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The kitchen worked well for us, the living room was comfortable, the bedrooms were just as advertised, and the bathrooms were nicely updated. We loved the charm of the place and the little courtyard as you came in. Also fell in love with Bury St Edmunds. Abbey Gardens were just beautiful and loved the fact that it was right across the street. We will be back!"

"I couldn't check into this apartment and it wad sold to another owner. Hotels.com just keeps on dragging my refund. I even gave them the phone no of the new owner to confirm the fact but they just said that they could not get in touch with the ex owner. What a stupid actions! Please consider if you really want to book via this platform as you have no guarantee on your refund."
