"Tienen servicio de traslado a huéspedes gratuito en una camioneta .. 1 día thanksgiving No hubo personal, al día siguiente.. No había camioneta al día siguiente .. Sii había camioneta pero NO había personal para traslado .. ósea en ntra estancia NUNCA tuvimos traslado gratuito por toda la zona .. pague alrededor de 200 dlls de taxi .. cuando fue x lo q escogí este hotel .. al estar cerca del mall galleria y alrededores .. "

"Every year me and my family we love to do yearly trips around to spend time and have fun of course. We loved it and had fun in the pool. Our stay was really fun and enjoying it, never had issues for the first 3 days. Early in the morning we did came with an issue in 1 of the guest room the electricity went out and then out of no where as well water started coming out thru the kitchen wall and master bedroom.
