"I and some friends stayed here for a few nights; nice place, accurate to the listing, with very modern appliances. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we had no problems, and we were in good driving distance from downtown locations. Would stay again! "

"The outlets in several locations didn’t work. The stove eyes only worked in one location and it had to be on high. There were homeless people staying all around the area so we didn’t feel safe outside or to walk around. Pillows had stains on them inside the pillowcases. Beyond those issues it was a very convenient location To get to downtown Dallas and the beds themselves were comfortable."

"We were in town for my sons last trip to State Fair Barrow Show and wanted someplace close to the grounds but clean and in a good area. This place was awesome! The owner was super sweet even when we had door code issues at 10pm coming in from the show. She answered right away and we were welcomed and she was understanding. We were only there one night but we commented several times that I wish we had found them sooner because we would have definitely made them our yearly stay! "

"I would definitely stay here again, I would also recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in oldtown Dallas area. It's conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers, and highway 75. The place had a urban art feel. It was clean, easy to access and secure. "

"Easy check-in/out. Clean, quiet, and easy to find. The gate was open as others noted but the property is tucked away with parking behind the building so it felt safe. Host answered questions really quick. The arboretum was beautiful, loved that it was included with the rental :) Thank you! "

"A bit smaller than expected but does the job if you’re in town for a weekend trip. Building is full of other vacation rentals so mostly other people also there for the weekend. Check-in/check out very easy. Host not very communicative. Thin walls in the building so you can hear other residents walking around, but again it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment itself"

"Enjoyed our stay here for 2 days while i had eye surgery. Had a hiccup with toilet not flushing but we figured it out. Apt very clean and just as pictures. Sparse kitchen supplies. No.coffee filters, no tea, no sugar of any kind. Overall, i would stay there again. Good price! And close to all medical facilities. "
