"Good Hotel. Room perfect. Breakfast is not excellent but is OK. The only bad thing is a lot of old and new furniture in the lobby, probably a remodulation is taken place. When you arrive the hotel you get a very bad impression of it, but when you go to the room, every thing change change."

"We took our dog for a walkable trip in downtown. The property is very appealing and clean. The only option for parking is valet, which was easy and prompt. The food service staff and housekeeping staff were both friendly and professional. The room was quiet, our request about room location was honored, and we were provided everything we asked for from the staff. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in downtown Asheville. "
