We are surrounded by stunning ocean views, mountain vistas, and lush forests. The area is renowned for world-class outdoor recreation including the famous Quarry Rock hike, kayaking, paddleboarding, and sailing. The charming Deep Cove village is nearby with excellent restaurants, cafes, and local shops.

The property features a gated entrance for privacy and security. Parking includes driveway parking, and street parking available. The home is easily accessible via major routes from downtown Vancouver (approximately 25 minutes drive). Guests will have full access to indoor living spaces, outdoor pool area, sundeck, landscaped garden, and private dock. Garage is not open to the guest.

Our pool does not have a heating system, and we generally recommend using it only between mid‑June and mid‑September. A professional pool technician services the pool every Friday afternoon and evening. Outside of these maintenance times, we do not recommend using the pool.

Our pool does not have a heating system, and we generally recommend using it only between mid‑June and mid‑September. A professional pool technician services the pool every Friday afternoon and evening. Outside of these maintenance times, we do not recommend using the pool.

To ensure a secure and smooth check-in experience, we will send you Pre-Arrival Guest Verification Forms. This verification helps confirm your identity as a valued guest and offers extra protection during your stay. Rest assured, your personal information is secure, encrypted, and will be removed after checking out. You may wave the form by contacting us.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED:
Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

Pool Rules:
There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests use the pool at their own risk. Guests are responsible for supervising their children at all times in and around the pool area. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult (18+) in the pool area at all times. Never leave children unattended near the water. No running, jumping, rough play or diving in or around the pool. Wet surfaces are slippery and can cause serious injury. No glass containers, bottles or breakable items are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. Please use plastic or metal containers only. Do not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you are feeling unwell. Pool hours are from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. Use of the pool outside these hours is not permitted. Guests must ensure the pool gate/door is kept closed and locked at all times when not in use, to prevent unsupervised access by children. Guests are responsible for any damage to pool equipment, furniture, or safety devices caused by misuse or failure to follow these rules.

Violations may result in fines and liability for damages.
