"We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"

"Really enjoyable stay in a nice setting, pity about the weather. Fair warning there are some works going on on the property grounds making it a bit more unsightly but nothing can be done about that. Overall great. Thank you."

"Week away at this superb lodge. Excellent views and fantastic getaway location. Not too far from lovely scenic walks but far enough to feel away from it all Lodge had everything we needed and more. It was just a shame we didn't get chance to make use of the barbecue Bassenthwaite Lake Station a must do, the breakfast on the static train carriage is amazing. Buttermere lake very special place"

"What a lovely place in a beautiful location, west side of the Lake District. All the home comforts you could need including reclining sofa and a washing machine! "Perfect location. Enjoyed my walks to the friendly village pub the sun inn where I was made to feel very welcome as a single traveller. Coffee and Tea facilities but no milk. Tidy clean and Matthew even lent me a uk charger. I left mine in Australia."

"Group of 5 family and friends stayed at this lovely home, situated perfectly close to town. The property is perfect for groups and a lovely large kitchen and gathering area. Communication with our host was seamless. We loved that within a matter of steps, we were in the center of town and had such easy access to a wide variety of beautiful hiking trails.
