The home was clean and beautifully decorated, and it's well appointed for guests of all ages including baby gear, removable pool fence, and bathroom safety equipment for the elderly. Perfect space for 2-3 small families. Don't miss the special separate air conditioner in the converted game room if you want to spend time there. There is a hard 3-car limit for entering the neighborhood...

The tile was also dirty on the pool walls and the pool was as just generally dirty including yellowing on the seating in the seating area.
