"We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The resort itself is great, with a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. A couple of small improvements could make the experience even better: providing more toilet paper, especially for larger groups, and including propane for the BBQ grill would be a nice added touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to others."

"Had some confusion with the address but the host was super quick to respond, apologize, and fix the problem. Great location. Super cute rooms. Clean. Host had lots of essentials already at the house for us. Any question or concern we had was responded to quickly and thoroughly. "

"Overall the villa was lovely, beautifully clean inside with nice touches like mini toiletries, large tub of ground coffee, sugar, creamer, plenty of toilet rolls salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee filters oh and a kettle bonus for us Brits.The Lounge, dining and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. "Family of 4 golf trip to FLA and we wanted a central location near Orlando/DisneyWorld with a pool. This place totally fit the bill! Nice and clean, owner was great with communication and any of our questions, the property matched all the details of the listing. "We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We have stayed at several Lake Berkley properties for at least 10 years, and this is one of the best. The location is great, and it has every extra that anyone could want. Even though we had a week of warm, sunny days (95 degrees Fahrenheit!), we came home to a cool house every day. Claire was very easy to work with, and we truly appreciate her hospitality. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future! "
