A small alcove, which does not have a window, provides an additional sleeping space with 1 set of bunk beds arranged in a 1 x 2 configuration. It is worth noting that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are located within open-plan spaces such as the alcove, meaning the property counts 1 designated sleeping zone rather than a traditional walled bedroom. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The apartment also benefits from a south-facing balcony, accessible directly from the living area, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
