  • No es su típica casa de vacaciones. 2bd 2ba dúo de un solo nivel en Marlin Dr. Totalmente remodelada esta casa con mostradores de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, aire acondicionado central, cubierta espaciosa y muelle con barco. El patio lateral cuenta con putting green, TV al aire libre, barbacoa Traeger o Lynx, 3 kayaks más nuevos y muebles de patio limpios con una unidad de 10 minutos para agua rápida. ¡¡¡En serio!!!
    Incluso puede remar o navegar en bote hasta el Chandlery o el Boardwalk para el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena. The Steak House está a pocos minutos en coche también. Esta casa ofrece una magnífica vista del agua y la colina, pero no el sol del oeste. Todos los utensilios de cocina, toallas, sábanas, etc incluidos. Wi fi internet y TV Xfinity también !!. Ven y disfruta de la vida en Discovery Bay. Lo hicimos y por eso compramos. NOTA: esta casa nunca ha sido alquilada y realmente no es su alquiler típico. Le agradeceríamos que lo cuidara como si fuera suyo. Esperamos verte.

The house was Exactly as pictured the beds were comfortable and the place was super clean. Location was Gorgeous!! Quiet and beautiful… we loved every minute and would Definitely rent this place again

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Clean, well-appointed, awesome view and water access, lots of extras (like kayaks and paddle boards). We have stayed here three times and love it so much. Peter is very responsive and pleasant to work with. We will be back!

This home was fully equipped and very clean. We flew in from Boston and after a long day of travel we were so happy to find the property exactly as listed. Kudos to the kitchen and the keurig/coffee bar!

Excellent time and stay. The place is clean and comfortable with all you need to make the most out of your trip. We enjoyed the paddle boards and dock during the days and the deck in the mornings. The furniture set up is great inside and out. We were able to bring our dog (extra cost) and the setting for her was perfect (secure perimeter).Peter (host) was excellent at answering questions and making us feel comfortable. Very responsive and there to help. Couldn't ask for more from a host.All good!

This is our second time staying in this property. Again, we were pleased with everything! Fully remodeled and well equiped kitchen, lovely deck, dock with easy boat access to fast water and Discovery Bay marina. Will definately here stay again.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We just finished our 4-day stay by this house.Absolutely spectacular place with lots of stuff to do.Kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and way more.The house was perfect, everything was clean and tidy, very welcoming.Can not recommend more.Thanks for having us.
