"Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay."

"The apartment is in a very interesting building in the centre of town. Perfect toy located to walk anywhere, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast was included which was perfect, and was delivered every morning to the door of the apartment. "Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, plein de charme et idéalement situé en plein centre d’Annecy. La gare, le lac et tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas utiliser notre voiture pendant toute la semaine : un vrai bonheur !Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié que le linge de lit et de toilette soit fourni et que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée. "The air conditioning consisted of an evaporative cooler on the ground floor which was quite effective at cooling the area. Although the vents were broken and we had to prop them open with a coffee capsule for the air to distribute! The first floor where the master bedroom was located had NO AIRCONDITIONING! It only had a fan. This bedroom was very warm when we arrived and the fan did nothing to cool it down. The master bedroom also had no blinds or curtains! The flat was clean on the surface...

"Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow.
