Just a few minutes from the beaches and centre of Dinard, this spacious family home of 220 m² welcomes you for a friendly stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 12 people, it offers beautiful spaces, a pleasant garden and numerous relaxation areas to fully enjoy the Emerald Coast.



Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed wooded garden, ideal for sharing moments of relaxation in the open air. A 25 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue will be perfect for your summer meals. The house also has a large veranda overlooking the garden, offering additional space to gather in any season.



Inside, from the entrance, you will discover a large, welcoming and warm living space. The lounge comprises two comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a decorative wood-burning stove that adds a warm touch to the whole. For leisure moments, a billiards table and a piano are also at your disposal. Nearby, a dining area accommodates a table that can seat up to 6 people. A large bay window leads directly to the veranda where you will find a second table that can accommodate up to 8 people as well as a small round table, ideal for sharing a coffee whilst enjoying the view of the garden.

The independent kitchen, accessible from the living area and the veranda, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.



On the sleeping side, the house has 6 comfortable bedrooms:

On the upper floor, a second small lounge has been set up with a television (channels unavailable), a DVD player as well as board games and children's games, perfect for relaxation time for both young and old.



The house also has a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer on the ground floor and a shower room with shower and toilet on the first floor. Two independent toilets are available on the ground floor.



An outdoor parking space is available on the pavement in front of the house. You will have the possibility to safely store up to 12 bicycles in the house garage.



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and a hair dryer.
