It is ideally situated, just 200 metres from Les Halles and Dinard market, allowing you to make the most of the shops, restaurants and the lively atmosphere of the town centre on foot.

Eden Verde is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor, the various spaces are arranged around the centrepiece of the house: a magnificent four-sided gas fireplace, visible from the main living areas, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

- A beautiful entrance hall, fitted with storage cupboards.
- An exceptional 100 m² living area, completely open-plan and designed to encourage socialising. It combines the semi-professional kitchen, the lounge and the dining area.
A semi-professional kitchen, entirely designed with guests’ comfort and socialising in mind. Its circular layout, high-quality materials and ample worktops make it a space that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. It also features a proper bar area with five bar stools, ideal for having a drink or mixing cocktails with friends.

- The dining area features a large table that can comfortably seat 10 guests, with the option to easily add an extra place setting.

-Bedroom 3: a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a wall-mounted TV, a wardrobe and a clothes rail.
Bathroom: fitted with a bath and a double-basin unit. The toilet is integrated into the bathroom.

2. Left-hand side

-Bedrooms 4 and 5 have the same layout and have been designed as genuine small, independent suites.
Each comprises:
a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a dressing room,
an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double-basin unit and a heated towel rail, and a separate toilet.
The bathroom is semi-open to the bedroom: it is separated from the sleeping area by a partition but does not have a door.

Please note: the layout of rooms 4 and 5 offers a ‘small studio’ feel, which is particularly appreciated by couples seeking greater privacy when staying with others.

Outside:

Eden Verde has a secluded 150 m² garden, facing south-east, with a beautiful 40 m² wooden terrace.
Fully enclosed and surrounded by greenery, notably bamboo, the garden offers a true haven of tranquillity, which is particularly welcome for a house situated right in the heart of Dinard.

🌿 The garden’s real asset: its tranquillity. Despite its prime location right in the centre of Dinard, Eden Verde boasts a particularly peaceful and unspoilt outdoor area, offering a pleasant sense of privacy.

The house is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting.

Located right in the town centre, you can explore the seaside resort without having to use your car. The famous Écluse beach and the Barrière casino are less than 500 metres away. You can access the Clair de Lune walk (GR34) directly from L’Écluse beach.

The market halls are less than 100 metres away. Dinard market is one of the largest and most renowned in the region. The market halls are open all year round in the mornings, and the market takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

You can enjoy a wide range of activities during your stay: water sports, walks along the GR34, strolling through the narrow streets, marvelling at the art galleries, and enjoying the “Dinard Golf Club” – actually situated in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, which is one of the most beautiful golf courses in France and less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Transport:

If you choose to come by car, Eden Verde has a private garage with direct access from the house.

The garage is secured by a motorised door and can accommodate up to two vehicles, depending on their size.

- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (11 kilometres)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 kilometres)
- To get to Saint-Malo, we recommend taking the water taxis from the Quai du Bec à la Vallée in Dinard.

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
