Neighbourhood :
Da Viken is ideally located in the highly sought-after Vicomté district. The residential area is quiet and pleasant. The 4-hectare Ronceray park is shared with the other homes. You'll even have access to a tennis court.

From the park, you have direct access to the GR34, which takes you to Dinard via the Chemin de Ronde, offering a magnificent view of the mouth of the Rance (gated by a digicode).

The Prieuré beach is 300 m away, the Port Breton park 750 m away and the Dinard thalassotherapy centre 3.7 km away.
The centre of Dinard "Les Halles - place du marché" is 3 km away by car...
