You’ll love the bright living room, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and the skylight in the ceiling. The living area offers direct access to the south-west facing garden.

The house is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

- A beautiful, light-filled 45 m² living area combining the lounge and dining area. The sitting area, with its warm and cosy atmosphere, is furnished with two sofas facing each other and a smart TV, providing a welcoming space for six people. An elegant wooden dining table and plenty of storage space complete this living area.
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a 3-ring induction hob, and a fridge-freezer with two freezer drawers.
- A separate utility room, fitted with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a storage chest. Separated from the rest of the house by a door, it allows you to use the appliances in peace, without being disturbed by the noise of the machines whilst they are running.

-Bedroom 1: the master bedroom is situated in the entrance hall. It is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It comprises a queen-size bed (160x200), a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathroom cabinet and heated mirror.

The centre of Dinard is also within easy reach. The market square and the famous l'Écluse beach are just 1.6 km from the house, a 20-minute walk. You can take advantage of the many shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants that make this seaside resort so charming.

For your everyday convenience, the nearest supermarket is just 400 metres from the house.

An ideal location for alternating between relaxing on the beach, strolling along the seafront and discovering life in Dinard, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a residential area.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. A space is reserved for this purpose.

On site, you can arrive on your own (key box). If you choose to arrive in person, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. He or she will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.

The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
