Both my wife and I have been coming to the Lake Dillon area for the past 10 years, and have stayed at many different condo homes. This year we chose Premier Scenic Lakefront, hosted by Bruce and Sheree Corell. Words cannot describe the exquisite layout and furnishings of this 2 bedroom condo, complete with a million dollar view, whether it be in the fireplace warmth living room or the master bedroom where you wake up excited by the coming day...You owe it to yourself, the complete kitchen, dining room, and fully furnished two full bathrooms are here at the "Point" waiting for you to enjoy and explore Summit County...which has always been our happy place.Bob & Liza B.

Beautiful and relaxing

Amazing view! Our family of six had plenty of room inside and on the balcony (which is where we all spent many hours). The condo is close to everything in Dillon and surrounding area. The kids also loved the pool. Recommended stay when you are in the Dillon area.

Breathtaking! After traveling around Colorado we decided there was no better place to stay than pointe Dillon. The unobstructed views of the lake and mountains were everything we wanted! I highly recommend renting bikes at Dillon bike rental. Kevin was so sweet and helpful! My husband, myself, our 11,9, and 7 year rode the bike trail tight in front of our condo all the way to keystone and the next day to frisco. Boat rentals at Dillon marina were walking distance as well as the amphitheater and a great playground. Drive to the other side of the lake and hike to sapphire point, it was so beautiful and had the friendliest chipmunks! The condo has everything you need and the coziest fireplace. Couldn’t have asked for more from our first trip to Colorado!

Amazing views. Amazing space

The property is exactly as advertised. Clean, well furnished, great patio with barbecue (electric!) and the views and location can't be beat Underground parking and access to an elevator were added bonuses. The homeowners were very responsive when I had questions. Friends, who were staying nearby, agreed we would all look to stay in this unit next year!

2nd Time Staying At This Great Condo

Second time staying at this condo - happy to be a repeat customer! Lovely and spacious inside, fantastic (and huge) balcony that serves as a second living area. Added bonus of garage parking plus on site pool and hot tub. The location can't be beat with easy access to the lake and lakeside trail/shore, and beautiful views. Sheree was so wasy to communicate with too. Hoping to bring the family back again!

2025 Ski Trip

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for our needs - great location, incredible panoramic view of Lake Dillon from the porch/unit, and very comfortable great room, kitchen, and bedrooms for our needs. Would definitely book again.

Exactly As Advertised/The View

As soon as we walked into the condo, the million dollar view took our breath away! Nothing but water (frozen and snow covered) and mountains as far as the eye could see. The interior of the condo was exactly the same as the pictures online, every detail was well thought out and made us feel like we were in a mountain lodge. We were very comfortable and the amenities like the pool/hot tub and underground parking were the cherry on top. The location was perfect, mere minutes from a grocery store, shopping and highway access. We will, without a doubt, be staying here again.

Winter getaway

Great place, very comfortable. We came up for a hockey tournament and were able to enjoy Dillon, Keystone and Breckenridge very easily because of its location. The only issues we found were the railings to the bunk beds were dangerously loose. We were able to makeshift a way to secure them but needs a permanent fix. Also, the tv and entertainment center were a bit small and uncomfortable for the couch. Luckily we weren’t there to watch tv so it really wasn’t an issue. Just more of a suggestion. Would come back again!

Amazing Stay

This condo was absolutely stunning. Me and a group of friends stayed for two nights and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place was very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The view is out of this world. Highly recommend!
