  • Fantastic location, this spacious two-story 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests. In the heart of downtown Dillon, Colorado, with access to Summit County's best ski areas and Lake Dillon!

    The property is within 15 miles of 5 world class ski resorts. It is approximately 1 hour from the west side of Denver and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Denver Airport.

    Centrally located to Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland Ski Area, and Breckenridge, or a close drive to Copper Mountain (20 mins). Vail is about a 45 min drive.

    Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, playgrounds, the bike path, and the Lake Dillon marina.

    There is an independent fitness center in the same building as the condo, which offers day or week passes. There is a bowling alley and restaurants in the same building as well. The grocery store is less than a mile away - everything is super convenient!

    Bedroom #1: Double over double bunk, with an optional twin cot. Located on the main level. Attached bathroom that is also attached to the hallway. We don't recommend the top bunk for adults.

    Bedroom #2: King size bed and twin over twin bunks. Located on the 2nd floor. Attached bathroom. We don't recommend the top bunk for adults.

    Bedroom setup is ideal for 2 families, with bedrooms and bathrooms on separate floors. The condo is not sized for 8 adults, as the top bunks are intended for children.

    Max occupancy 6 adults. STR #65134450G06

    The living room has a large TV with cable and a large sectional sofa. The dining table can seat 4, with more seating at the kitchen bar.

    Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dinnerware.

    Washer and dryer is in the unit. Free wifi.

    Unique to this unit, there is a finished loft with a TV and DVD player, and another sectional that can pop up to watch TV. The kids can watch TV in the loft while the adults have the living room downstairs!

    The unit includes 2 indoor parking garage spaces, and use of the storage unit for ski gear. The elevator takes you to the third floor where the condo is located.

    Additional amenities located in the the same building include:

    Endurance Cycling Lab (Spin class and nice variety of bikes for rent)

    No smoking and no pets please. Fire pit on patio is not for guest use.

Nice Condo in nice location

The property was convenient, clean and had everything we needed. The beds and linens were comfortable and we appreciated the board games, gas fireplace and hot tub.

Very nice Dillon condo option (especially for winter)

Nicely appointed condo. Especially loved that we could park our SUV with carrier in the garage (very high ceilings) .... loved not having to scrape windows every morning. King size bed very comfortable, too. Would stay again.

Great location - close to the lake!

Lovely condo/townhome! Comfy sectional sofa and the king bed was just right for us. Though we didn't cook at all, the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We spent a lot of time on the big patio - a great place to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. For us, the roomy garage parking with storage was a HUGE plus as we brought e-bikes and backpack SUPs. Property is as represented online - nothing sneaky here! Best of all, the Owners were super responsive and helpful. Thanks for sharing your home with us - we are grateful for the getaway!

Kid-friendly down to the children's ice pack in the freezer!

We enjoyed this condo as home base for our summer outdoor adventures around the reservoir. Great location and perfectly stocked with everything we needed.

It was great property with great location for family who enjoy skies, conveniently to store or supermarket. The unit was great with all necessary for cooking and entertainment. Good view to ice castle. Definitely come back next winter.

Great experience

Perfect space for our family, very clean and comfortable. Rented bikes , and enjoyed the lake and vail pass. The outdoor worship service in the park out back provided great acoustics for our Sunday morning coffee. Thank you!

Great place and location!

This was my 50th birthday girls trip with a couple of friends. I wanted to stay somewhere by water and mountains and I got both with this condo! Great location - walking distance to Dillon marina, shops and restaurants. Spacious condo, very clean and really just couldn't have asked for more! Enjoyed the hot tub at night and the balcony to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather and views. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic spot!

Just spent about a week with two daughters (7&9), wife, and sister/brother in law. This is an awesome place. Easy check in and two garage spots which is key during winter! Right above a great old bowling alley, restaurant and ice cream place which kids loved. The ice castles are right outside the unit had never done that before which was fun. Pug Ryan's and Arapahoe Cafe are a couple blocks away for good eating options as well. The unit itself was perfect. Newer finishes, great washer/dryer and two well equipped bathrooms with plenty of towels. Upstairs fold out couch didn't need to be used but nice nook with television, Nintendo and a bunch of DVDs for kids. Master bedroom upstairs had a great view and had computer desk which was nice for checking emails. Main tv in living room had Netflix and Amazon prime which was great in addition to cable. Wife liked kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. Jon had great check in instructions and the couple questions I had were answered within 10 mins. We will be back thanks for a great week Jon!

Amazing vacation getaway

Had an amazing experience at this clean and beautifully decorated condo in Dillon. Perfect spot for our family weekend ski getaway to Copper Mountain. Gorgeous views of the mountains and Dillon ice castles. Property had everything you needed - lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen and clear instructions on Wifi and check in/out procedures. Owners were great to work with - very organized! Within walking distance to bus, restaurants and Lake Dillon. 11 minute Lyft ride to downtown Frisco. Hot tub was family and kid friendly; gear carts in the garage made packing in and out gear a breeze and the property was quiet but kid friendly. Amazing experience - we will be back.

Perfect!

This condo is exactly as described and more! It was perfect for two families getting together for a ski vacation. The kitchen was well stocked (which is not always the case), and it literally had everything we needed. The place was clean, well stocked with towels and blankets, and had plenty of room for all of us. Jon was super easy to work with, and he was quick to respond to any questions before and during the stay. It’s also the little added touches that made the place so great - light switches were labeled, there were a ton of hooks and cubbies for all our winter gear, and it was just a door code so we didn’t have to worry about having a key. Parking is underneath the complex, with TWO spots! There is a storage locker for ski gear, and plenty of carts to help unload and load. It is literally right across the street from the Dillon ice castles, so not only did we have a gorgeous view at night, but we just had to walk across the street to go to them and not fight parking. Keystone is only a 15 minute drive down the road and Breckenridge is a gorgeous 25 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Awesome Condo in the Heart of Dillon

I stayed earlier this summer and had a great experience. The layout was perfect and I couldn't believe how clean everything was. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need. The patio was also nice. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the weather and view. It was also fantastic because you could walk to a number of restaurants and shops. The marina was also close and a great place for a walk. All in all, I give this place 5 stars. It was just as described and the owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again and/or recommend to a friend.

Great Spot!

We loved our stay here in Dillon! The views from the patio are great! We were able to walk around town and down to the lake and my wife and I loved the breakfast close by at Arapahoe Cafe! We explored the area and really benefitted from being centrally located. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great getaway to the mountains!

Great Place in a Great Location

This was a fantastic, upper level condo with room to spread out. Great location close to the marina as well as downtown Dillon with restaurants and a really cool bowling alley. The place was very clean and comfortable with all the necessities to cook in, if we had wanted. Beautiful fall colors could be seen from the large deck and this will be a great place to book for a ski vacation. Large storage locker for ski gear and garage parking for 2 cars very near Breck and Keystone. Definitely a great place to stay...highly recommended.

A beautiful and comfortable condo in a great location.

The unit was very clean, quiet, comfortable and had lots of amenities. It is in a great location that is walking distance to restaurants, the marina, playground, and free summer concerts at the amphitheater. We also enjoyed the barbecue and fire pit on the deck, the hot tub and the gorgeous views. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Covered parking is a bonus, as is the large flat screen and fast internet connection.
