The description of this condo starts with luxury. I've stayed in other units in this building and this is definitely not luxury! The dining room chandelier was hanging out of the ceiling and I'm assuming that's what was making the light switches throughout the home spark when we turned them off and on. The sofas were comfy but the rest of the furnishings are mix matched and dated. The HOA apparently doesn't allow patio furniture on the small sidewalk facing the lake so there is no patio with patio furniture. There is a hill that obstructs views. There are a few plastic chairs on a small deck off one of the bedrooms. The blinds are old and falling apart when you open and close them and, there is no easy plug access bedside in the bedrooms for charging phones. We are grateful to the owners for our stay but the use of the word luxury in the description is not in line with what is being charged per night. I would not book this unit again.

Spacious property on Lake Dillon

This is a very nice unit with lots of space and great layout. Nicely appointed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, three parking spots, etc., etc. Everything worked and it made for a great week of skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge.

Awesome condo on the lake with great views!

Such a nice place! Beautiful, comfortable and all around great accommondations. All the tech features (gate and door codes) are so convenient! The place was clean and the beds and bedding were comfy! It was well maintained and had everything you could ask for. Furnishings and decor were so pretty and upscale. Everthing in this condo is quality!! We hope it's available for our next family trip up to Dillon!

Beautiful Condo!

This is the second time we've rented this condo. We love it. We had 8 people stay with us, including 2 small children and it never felt crowded. The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated. It's very comfortable and we will definitely be back!

Dillon winter adventure

great location to ski areas, pubs, grocery and eateries. great space for our group of 7. Beds comfy, games, puzzles, stocked kitchen, covered parking for 2 cars. a couple of points- 1 bathtub elevated with no grab bar to exit. lots of building and unit and garage codes.. take a pic and keep them handy. no garage opener.. push a button to exit; code to enter. could use a few extra pillows... but plenty of extra blankets and sheets. we donated a few groceries to the spice and coffee stockpile😉. great views of Lake Dillon! would defintely stay here again.

Great Weekend Get Away

Plenty of room!

This property had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The furnishings in the den and bedrooms were all very comfortable. The linens were also great! The toilets need some minor adjustments on them as does the shower in one of the bathrooms. The views are great!!! The property is dated and the elevator was broken some of the time we were here. The garage door was also broken most of the time we were here. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and the quietness of the property!

Comfortable condo with excellent views

I found this property to be of great value. The car was sheltered from the weather and the living area was very comfortable. The views were great and it was nice being able to spot the building from long distances and know that we are almost home after a long day of being on the mountain.

Comfortable & convenient condo

This condominium had great views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. It had comfortable beds and the layout worked great for 3 couples plus and extra on the pullout sofa in the sunroom. We loved the ample seating in the family room for everyone to comfortably relax by the fireplace, watch tv or play games. The kitchen had the amenities needed. There was not a crock pot but there was a pressure cooker. Grocery stores, retail and restaurants are all very close. The walking trail by the lake was great and easily accessible. We loved the hot tub with great views. We did not have pool towels in our unit which would have been nice because the dryer took a long time to dry our towels. The beds were all very comfortable. There is not an outlet on one side of king bed so an extra long charging cable might be helpful. The condominium is located conveniently to be able to ski at A-basin, Keystone, Breckinridge or Copper. The covered 3 space parking was great!

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful, well-appointed condo in a great location on Lake Dillon. We enjoyed lovely views of the lake and mountains, but were also close to shops, activities and restaurants. Our group of five adults had plenty of space to spread out in the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We had a wonderful week and will definitely book again next time we head to Colorado!

Great location and incredible views

We loved the location and views of the lake and mountains. Plus the bike/walking path is right outside the condo. There’s a playground within walking distance, along with picnic tables and rentals for the lake. The condo was clean and comfortable and although we didn’t do any cooking there it had everything needed had we wanted to make meals.

Nice property for keystone ski trip

There is a large patio with gorgeous lake view from the living room. Minutes of driving from town center with restaurant and shopping center. Room is neat and clean. Big family room where kids really enjoy to cuddle together after dinner. Kitchen is full of necessary cookware and small appliance. Very good property.

Great Ski Condo Spot

This place was perfect for our group that went skiing. Hot tub was nice, and the views from the porch are phenomenal. Location is close to about everything you need in Dillon including multiple restaurants and stores. 5/5 stars.
