No heat the first night. Thermostats were all turned down and the boiler/radiator wasn't working. Called the after hours number and advised no one available to fix it until next day. I had to call again the next day to get someone out to fix it. Also disappointed in fireplace... Not wood burning. Had a lame gas log insert. Condo needs some updating. Exposed cords. Broken thermostat. Bathroom Vent fan rattles loudly. Overpriced for off-season and quality of this condo. So far nobody has offered any compensation.
