The view from the condo is a 5 star view and makes any other minor problems with the unit worth ignoring. I am a senior citizen but I'm pretty sure the carpet is older than I am. Many things about the condo are very dated - but we just stopped looking around inside and enjoyed the view. The messages from the property management were somewhat irritating, but again we loved the view and would visit again.

Better than advertised!

The great mountain and lake views are just the beginning. Everything you need for fun, food, or just relaxation are nearby. The condo is comfortable and well stocked if you decide to stay in and cook. There have been some updates that aren't in the pictures too. We'll definitely come back again.

Beautiful view mountain condo

The spot was amazing, Centered right by the lake with stunning mountain views perfect for christmas. Only problem I had was. The garage was too small to accommodate vehicle with rack on the top. That will not stop me from another trip here though loved it. And any issue I had was promply attended to. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving on the Lake

Everything about our stay was flawless. Communication and instructions for entry and use prior to our arrival on Lake Dillon were precise and clearly given. The property was clean, stocked with all the basic necessities, and this 2nd floor condo was better than the pictures posted on the website. Definitely would note the upgrade to the unit were tastefully done and it felt like home to us both. Michael, our property manager contact, was the perfect point of contact for us while on the lake. And, by the way, the views from our living room/back deck AND master bedroom were unobstructed & awesome! We'll be back!!!

A great place at a reasonable price during peak ski season. Amazing views, all the amenities you would want and even 2 covered garage parking spots so you don't have to take snow off your car in the morning.

I can’t say enough about the terrific experience we had staying here! Great location to hit all the ski resorts, cozy and spacious condo with the best amenities and view of the mountains! Additionally, James, the management person was super helpful if we had any issues! So appreciate him! Would love to stay here again!

Ad pic was not accurate !

The property was much older than that of the ad photo presented. Furniture, curtains, kitchen appliances and overall interior design were outdated with 70-80’s style or older. The guest room was dark with old lamps and old furniture, small bathroom’s toilet and shower head did not work properly. Overall with the price paid, we were very disappointed except the outside lake view was gorgeous with snow on the mountains…

Spectacular views

This was our 10 year anniversary getaway and first time to Colorado. The views you see in the photos are very accurate. Beautiful views from the bedroom and the living room. My only complaint is if you are driving an suv or truck the parking garage is limited to a height of 6’3. Which we drove my husbands truck and had to park outside during our entire stay. Which was fine for us because it wasn’t snowing or raining during our stay. Definitely recommend!

40+ yr old condo in need of many updates. Carpet in bathroom around toilet unsanitary. Lighting for reading poor. Twin bed mattress sink when sitting on them. Carpet buckles throughout unit. Master bedroom window door doesn’t lock. At least one more pot needed, otherwise well equipped. Outdoor grill totally filthy, unable to cook on it. TV’s good. Recent furniture in living/dining area good. Decor combination of plastic cactus, oriental picture, Venice canals, mountain bears, imitation sand paintings. Lots of puzzles. Old books. Vintage radio tuner. At very least, put tile in bathrooms, easier to clean after each guest. Not everyone gets “it” into the toilet, causing stains on carpet and smells. Management company was very good to deal with, no issues with them. The view made the experience good, not the neglect of the condo. Good lock system to get into condo. Viewing windows to deck very clean. Outdoor patio chairs uncomfortable...seat pads would help. Sanitizing spray provided for kitchen area. Adequate paper products/soap. Washer/dryer worked. Fireplace worked. Drapes somewhat faded, torn, in need of replacement.

AWESOME Location and AMAZING VIEW!

Though the property was a bit dated, it had everything we needed, and centrally located to everything we wanted (e.g. ski slopes just 6 miles away, grocery and liquor store was right across the street, ski rental place one block away, MULTIPLE eating spots, etc.). The only negatives were:1) some things were listed that were not present (e.g. wood supplied for fireplace when it actually uses gas; and I know COVID restricted them, but the site lists a Jacuzzi and pool but were not open. Such should be not be listed as perks of this property if they are not available. And 2) there was no written information pertaining to multiple facets of the property that guests need to know. If rented multiple properties and each always has a guest book of some kind that not only identifies such, but also other points of interests (e..g. shuttles, ski resort location, recommended restaurants, etc.). But this one didn't. For example, there was no information about how to operate the heating devices on the floor of the rooms. We were very cold the first night, but I eventually found them and we were fine. Such should be provided in some way. Also, no information on how to operate the controls for the TV's. And I had to search for the correct one and finally found it imbedded in one of the couch's, as the one in the living room was for the TV in the master bed room. The property manager was easy to get and communicate with, but all of that would be unnecessary if there was a guide that identified the things mentioned. Despite that, we LOVED this place and I would absolutely give this property the highest evaluation property because we LOVED it, once we knew how to heat the property and how to use the controls, etc. I've been coming to the Dillon, Keystone, Breckinridge area for 20 years and despite those issues, this is by far our favorite property. If those things are cleaned up, this should be a five star rating.
