We really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing, the condo was spacious and close to restaurants and grocery store. Heated, covered garage was a huge plus.

Great apartment

Great spot. Great view, great apartment, all we needed for a ski get away. The parking garage inside is a nice perk too.

We loved this condo! Very well appointed and comfortable. The layout was great, with the master bedroom set away from the kid's room and plenty of space for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware/appliances for cooking. This is a corner unit with amazing views. I could sit on that balcony all day and just stare at the lake and mountains! It is right on a walking path for hiking and easy access to the lake and outdoor amphitheater. Loved having the heated garage, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Very convenient after a long day of skiing!The owner was very responsive and accessible for questions or problems.We would definitely stay here again!

Annual ski/snowboarding trip

Cyndi's home is the most comfortable and convenient home for summit county play. Her clean and spacious home is only surpassed by her friendly communication. It will always be my first choice when searching for a perfect place in summit.

Lake Dillon condo

This is an amazingly large 3 bedroom for the price property with a location that makes resort and dining visits a breeze in all of summit county. The hourly staff and security on property where super helpful and pleasant. This is a perfect listing.

Terrific place to stay, great views, good location

Communication with the owners was excellent. Views of the lake and surrounding mountains awesome; especially being the end unit. Unit furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Mountain Stay

Staying in this beautiful place is perfect from the moment you arrive and park in the underground garage. The apartment is lovely and welcoming. There is plenty of room for everyone and a nicely equipped kitchen. I am always sad to leave.

Excellent Condo

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Pictures were accurate. An added bonus is that this condo is an end unit snd you can view the mountain range from anywhere in the kitchen and living room. Would book this condo again!

Great central location

Great location to town and ski mountains! We enjoyed having a heated garage in the cold mornings to get ourselves ready for skiing as well as a building elevator for hauling stuff between the condo and car! Lighting in the kitchen could’ve been brighter- but all in all we enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. Thank you for sharing your place.

March 2025 stay

We rented Cyndi's unit for the entire month of March in order to ski at Keystone, Breck and Vail - was the perfect location to get to all the resorts - the unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and well decorated, great views, had everything we needed! we loved it - Cyndi and her husband got back to us immediately with a few small questions we had and were great to deal with. I highly recommend!!!

Great views

We've stayed in several other units on this property in past years, and this one by far has the best view of the lake and surrounding area. Even while just relaxing in the living room or eating at the table you can take in scenery around you thanks to all the windows. Property is spacious and clean - it was nice having three bedroom each with their own bathroom. Check-in was simple and communication with Cyndi was quick and easy on the few occasions we needed to get in touch with her prior to our stay. Highly recommended if you're planning to visit Lake Dillon!

Fantastic stay at Lake Dillon Condo w/Views of Lake & Mountains

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Lake Dillion area condo! The bedrooms and living areas were exactly as described with plenty of ammenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We had plenty of kitchen supplies for meals in, and took advantage of the big-screen TVs and blue-tooth connected sound system for listening to music (as this is an end unit we didn't have to worry too much about noise in or out). Plenty of room in the bedrooms and living areas so that each of us (3 60 year-old ski dudes) had our own Bed/Bath and space to hang out. Much thanks to Cyndi for delivering a great living experience to back up 4 awesome days of skiing!

Beautiful view!

Four senior citizens traveling together, enjoyed the spectacular views! Needed more accessible features, such as safety bars in bathrooms, firmer furniture, lower chairs at table. Would not recommend for mobility-challenged folks, but fine for the rest of you! Unit not as clean as we believe owner expected & pays for, but Cyndy extremely responsive & kind & easy to deal with!

Nothing not to like!

Only an icemaker in the fridge (water is already hooked up to fridge so easy add on) keeps this from being a perfect 10 unit.
