Not up to par this time
This was our second stay and unfortunately there were some frustrating issues. When I turned up the bed, there were a lot of long hair on the sheets, which tells me they were not cleaned or changed. That really, really bothered me. The provided instructions for the fire place were not fitting the actual igniter and there is only one heater in the unit, so we froze all evening. The fireplace chimney is clearly open and we couldn't figure out how to shut it, so the cold air from outside (it was 2F degrees...) was flowing in freely. Only one warm blanket provided and the recommended space heaters were not quite working The property manager came back to my text after 9 PM so at that point it was too late to fix it. We stayed there the weekend before and had the same heat issue but figured we could stick it up for a night. This being said, the unit is perfectly located in Dillon, and spacious enough for a family of 4.

Perfect for a short stay with kids!
We were looking for somewhere to sleep that would get us close to the mountains, for ski lessons on Saturday morning. This was perfect! 20 minutes from Copper. Only wish I would have known ahead of time that the hot tub is closed during the winter as this was an item of choice for us.

Summer stay
Had a few issues, one with bugs and one with the fireplace. We were to have bug spray delivered but it never appeared. The fireplace control did not match the control on the YouTube video you supplied and we were unable to use. Overall, the unit was nice and accommodating. The entire building was well-managed and clean. We would recommend it to others.

Spring Skiing 2023
Nice, comfortable. conveniently located condo.. Unit's location in Dillon makes it easy to ski so many different mountains: Keystone, A-Basin, Breck, Copper, Loveland. This 2 bedroom unit has a very skimpy/thin barrier between the two bedrooms - maybe good for families with little kids - a little weird for adults sharing the condo. Hot tub is inside the building and in a depressing space. It is not a great user experience.

Great room and location, but bad communication.
So I’ll start by saying the place was good, and we’d stay there again. That said, communication was very frustrating. They manage several properties and use a generic online guestbook for property information. This was particularly frustrating with the fireplace. The instructions in the manual didn’t apply to our unit and when we tried to follow them, the pilot light went out and was sending gas into the unit. So we turned it off. I texted and called twice on the first night, and their system never put me through to a real person and gave no ability to leave a message. Texted them again the next morning with no response. They reached out later the second day to check in and see if we needed anything. So I said yes, help with the fireplace. They said the earliest they could send someone was the next day (day 3, our final day). We got back from skiing, the pilot was lit, but we were stuck at square one. Still no idea how to light the flame. So I reach out again, explaining this is my last night and I want a dad gum fire that I paid for. They were slow in responding but finally around 6pm on our final of 3 nights, we had a working fireplace. Worst communication/service I’ve ever had on a vacation rental. “Ground level floor” means coming in the front. There is a floor below you, so your balcony is elevated on the back side, where the view is. Not a problem for me, though. The master room has no windows. The secondary room is the one with the great view. To me, that seemed to be intentionally left up to guess. The only other complaint is that the thermostat has a mind of its own, and it always got too warm. We tried setting the thermostat to 60, 55, and just turning it off completely. It’s a “smart” thermostat that is controlled remotely, so we’d come back, and it’d be set to something totally different. What was worse is that regardless of the temperature we set it to, the actual temperature would never go below 71* and it felt much warmer at times. This meant we had to open doors a lot to let in the 10* air, so we’d have SOME control of the temperature. All that said, I’d stay again because it was nice and clean, but just know that the fireplace is controlled with a light switch and don’t even bother with the thermostat. (They don’t mark it at all or give accurate instructions and half the light switches in the condo do nothing, so it’s not very intuitive.) Also, if something goes wrong, it might be night 3 before you have a solution.

Lovely Spot with a view!
We skied at Copper and enjoyed coming home to the fireplace and lake view. The one bedroom has a phenomenal view of the lake and the other is a bit of a cave. There is a closet like door between the two bedrooms which is a little weird bit great for a family with young kids.

Just what we were looking for!
As soon as we walked in, you could smell that this unit had been freshly cleaned. After that, the property was exactly as advertised. Excellent view of the mountains and Lake Dillon. Big, comfy beds. Comfortable living area and made us feel right at home. Humidifiers in each bedroom which was a really nice bonus for us, unaccustomed to the high altitude. Excellent communication with the property manager before, during and after our stay. The only reason I might have anything bad to say is because I don’t want anyone else to know about this place so it’s available whenever we want. :)

Great Stay But…
Overall great place, main issues were that the heater turned on at night no matter what you set the thermostat to, the small bathroom did not have hot water & the gas fireplace did not work properly. Told hot tub was not open but found out later on that it was open.

Beautiful Condo!
We stayed for 3 nights to attend a show at the Dillon Amphitheater. The Condo was super clean, and amazingly convenient. If you are going to a show or just visiting Dillon, this is the place to stay. 5 Stars. Thanks!!

Great location. Loved bike- peds path, farmers market , proximity to other towns like Breck. In the apt- loved view. A dish rack for large dishes would be nice, and maybe a hamper to haul stuff down to laundry. Otherwise great!

Great view, nice location, Spacious
My girlfriend and I would recommend staying at this property. The lakeview from the balcony was amazing. It was very close by to go for a walk or go downtown for groceries or restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped if you were to cook your own meals. There was just one thing I would say that was not too great. We stayed for 3 nights and for 2 of those we did not have internet. The cable and WIFI stopped working because the owner of the property didn't pay the bill. We reached out the property management and it took 2 days for it to start working. Hopefully this does not happen too often.

I wish I would’ve been informed there was no air conditioning . Also would’ve been nice to be informed there was construction going on and early am wake up calls by loud hammering/construction work. Also, that there was no pool due to construction.

We enjoyed staying here for a few nights. 2 Couples. The unfortunate thing was the bedrooms were adjoining so not alot of privacy and the 2nd bedroom had no windows so it was HOT. Great location though for sailing and a concert

Small family reunion
We really enjoyed our stay. The view was impeccable! Clean, modern condo. One thing to note is the master bedroom has no windows and no ventilation. We had to sleep with the door open to get any air circulation. All in all, wonderful place!

The property management company was excellent! Attentive and quick to handle a light bulb replacement and any questions. We did get rather warm in the unit and thankfully there were fans available.

WI Skiers
We had 5 adults in the property. It was perfect for us, but I wouldn't recommend any more people. It has a nice view of lake Dillon, parking was good, and it had some restaurants within walking distance. The condo was well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies etc. It was quite warm in the condo, hard to keep at a comfortable temp.

Very clean modern propert
Very nice clean updated condo on lake Dillon with great views. Central location between many ski resorts. Well stocked with utensils and dishes. Needs a few spices. Had a cold draft around the fireplace and back door but plenty of heat to compensate. We would stay hear again.

Great place in Dillion close to slopes
Was a very nice location to stay at in a convient place to ski different resorts. Only issue we had was the fireplace had a very cold draft coming from it making the living room temp in the low 60⁰ but I was made aware this issue will be fixed in the coming weeks. Thermostat in main room didn't seem to kick on the boiler heaters had to adjust it in the master room. Overall clean place with a great location. Go check out pug Ryan's Great food and beer 🍺

We are sorry the fireplace was not operational during your stay and we notified you the day of arrival. However, our mainteance staff attempted to repair it prior to your arrival, but were not successful and we did have to source an outside company to complete the repairs.

Great location, great stay, great Vrbo NYE!
We loved the location of the property, the ease of the check-in and check-out process and the overall stay. The only reason I am giving it a 4/5 stars is because the vrbo fireplace was not working. Maintenance came, but also was unable to get the pilot light to stay on and the fireplace to function. Otherwise, great stay all together for a fun NYE!

Very spacious place that comfortably fit 6 adults. Kitchen was easy to cook in and there were lots of hooks to hang our ski clothes to dry. Convenient location to restaurants and multiple ski locations.

Great place to relax!!
We love this property! We sat on the deck and watched all the activities on Lake Dillon! It was so relaxing! The only issue that we had was the keypad to get into the condo was temperamental. It worked great sometime and other times it would take us a while to get it to work. Maybe just needs a new battery, etc. I definitely recommend this property!!

Enjoyed Lake Dillon and The Area
The property was more than adequate. The broken windows in the bedroom that faces the lake was problematic. It kept us from being able to open the sliding glass door onto the Juliet balcony in order to circulate air in the unit. It definitely impacted our stay in a negative way. Other than that, it was a nice property.

Could fall and die
Guess bedroom is located on second level of the building. Open the large window and the only thing keeping you from a fatal fall is a screen. No safety railing of any type. Law suit just waiting for the unfortunate soul that meet there fate from falling to their death. We stayed in the other room so no biggie for us.

Lovely Condo - Perfect Location
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Dillon at this cozy, well stocked condo. The beds were large and comfy, and having two bathrooms was quite nice, especially travelling with two teens. Just a short walk away from the amphitheater and some delicious restaurants, the location was perfect! The hosts were welcoming and provided us with many resources from check in to check out, making sure our stay was as easy and enjoyable as possible! Top notch!

Wonderful easy check-in easy instructions. The two bedroom and two bath is cozy and spacious for a family. The bedrooms connect with a small accordion door. Odd but good with our family situation. I would stay here again and recommend it!

Fall Get Away
The condo has a amazing view! Very quiet and relaxing. We had issues getting locked out multiple times and then had to wait for call back from property management due to them not answering phone during normal business hours. Property manager informed us that the property owner had not given them a key and simply relied on the keypad. We had batteries changed out and still had issues-we were scared to lock the door being afraid we would be locked out at 8:30 at night! Fireplace did not work. We wanted to light it one night and the wires appeared to have been melted and it looked like someone had tried to put real wood in the fireplace-which probably did damage to the controls. Reported this to property manager and did not get a return reply on this. Fans provided did not hardly blow so we went to Walmart and bought two box fans which we left in the unit for others to enjoy. Our stay in Dillon was amazing and I don't know if our issues were with the property manager or the owner. It was a finger pointing game it seems.
