About Whale Watch
Whales from the deck, sunsets from the hot tub! Whale Watch is a dog-friendly oceanfront Dillon Beach retreat for 10 with panoramic Pacific views, a private hot tub, two oceanfront decks, and a game room. Walk downhill to the beach in about 15 minutes or drive there in 3, then come home for BBQ, games, and seasonal whale watching. Perfect for families, multi-generational gatherings, friends, couples traveling together, women’s weekends, retreats, celebrations, and dog lovers.

Watch for migrating whales in season, take in panoramic ocean views from two decks, or settle into the private hot tub as the sun drops toward the horizon. Two full bathrooms on mani level and one half bathroom on lower level provide a convenient setup for families and groups.
The Primary Bedroom includes its own private bathroom for added privacy.


Game & Entertainment Space
The game room is ready for a little friendly competition with ping pong, foosball, and darts—all with the Pacific nearby.
It’s a natural headquarters for family tournaments, foggy coastal afternoons, and late-night rematches while giving the rest of the group another space to relax.


Outdoor Living
Two oceanfront decks give Whale Watch a front-row seat to the Pacific.
Start the morning with coffee and salty ocean air, watch for migrating whales in season, or settle into the lounge seating for an afternoon overlooking the water.
Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner outside, catch a spectacular Dillon Beach sunset, then slip into the private hot tub overlooking the Pacific.


GOOD TO KNOW
Dillon Beach is approximately a 15-minute downhill walk from Whale Watch or about a 3-minute drive.
Guests walking to the beach should be comfortable with the uphill return.
The driveway is steep but levels out near the house, and there are stairs from the driveway to the entry level.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed so please keep pup on leash. We have deer, fox etc
Dogs must be quietly crated if left unattended.
The Beach is off-leash with good voice control

10 people max day or night — NO drop-in guests — NO parties (HOA w/ security)
Driveway is steep — must follow arrival instructions to avoid scraping vehicle
4 cars max — NO on-street parking
Please be mindful of water usage
NO smoking/vaping of any substance in house


⏱ CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
