"Even after booking through Expedia, the property refuses to allot any rooms as they haven’t got any confirmation or the payment from Expedia on the booking. So we hv to look for another hotel and get through a lot of mental harassment"

"The staff members were kind. Room service requests were met promptly. There was issue with breakfast booking. But that was sorted once evidence was provided on arrival. There were some additional development fee charged on arrival. For driver, separate booking was requested: per night Rs 600-700 ..."
