"My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was clean and quiet. Checking in and out was so easy. Definitely worth the price. It’s a small cabin with a bed, small fridge and a microwave so it has electricity. It also has water outside and a fire ring. There I also showers and bathrooms located on the property. It’s less than a 1/4 mile from crater of diamonds state park. Will definitely stay again! "

"The property was just as described! It had everything we needed. We went for COD, but we wanted to stay at the house the entire time. It had the hot tub that was too die for, games for kids, the creek, the view, and comfort! My family already wants to come back and stay in the exact same spot! Thank you so much to our host for the ingredients for s'mores, the kids ate all the marshmallows before we got to make them! "

"Great, cozy location for you to explore around the state parks. Love the place and will be back. Things to consider: Would be nice to have a washer even if it was a portable washer. The state parks can definitely get you muddy. Also a box fan is a great idea for others who desire the noise to sleep since you don’t have ceiling fans. "

"This was by far the best place we have ever stayed!! The house was spacious yet felt very cozy and comfortable. It felt like we were staying with family. We loved the easy access to the river and enjoyed the kayaks! One of our favorite moments was sitting on the back deck enjoying hot cups of coffee in the early morning!! "I would definitely stay here again! We booked this family trip to do the crater of diamonds park and it was less than a 10 min drive away. This property was clean and very well maintained. The owner was so nice and was easy to reach if we needed anything. Even before we arrived I messaged him with a few questions and he responded immediately. This was the perfect place for a family. "Property is not in a perfect shape but room was better than the outside. Swimming pool facilities were not as in the pictures & one area was closed and the actual open area is in need of maintenance, so does the whole property But not bad at all for what we needed… we had a peaceful night sleep.
