En las condiciones establecidas por hoteles.com decía que si cancelaba después de las 16:00 horas o no me presentaba me cobrarían una tarifa equivalente a la primera noche más impuestos, lo cual es razonable, pero "BEST Western Hotel Achim Breme" me cobró el 90% del total de la reserva, o sea 638 ...

I think the setup is pretty new, so maybe things get better. Else, don't arrive at about 19:30 on a Saturday. The reception is with the very busy Indian restaurant, so it took 20 minutes before anyone gave us the keys. It then took 15 minutes for someone to tell us where our rooms were. Hint: rooms ...
