Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und offen und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die unseren Kurztrip noch aufgewertet haben. Daher würden wir hier jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub (gern auch für länger) verbringen.

EIN TRAUM!!! Die Villa, das Jacuzzi, der Pool, das technische Equipment, die Hängematte, der Meerblick, die Sonnenliegen, der Grillplatz..... EIN TRAUM! Man fährt durch das elektrische Gitter in den Hof und fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause! Wir wurden von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber begrüßt und mit vielen guten Tipps für leckeres Essen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe versorgt. Die Wohnung, die wir zu zweit gemietet haben, hat traumhaften Meerblick! Unvergesslich! Zudem gibt es wirklich alles, was man in einer Wohnung braucht und noch ein bisschen mehr! Toller, großer Fernseher, einen zweiten TV im Zimmer, Internet, Musik, Filme, Bücher und sogar bunt-beleuchtete Wasserstrahlen in der Dusche... sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung, also auch Teller und Gläser, wirklich sehr schön! In dieser Villa kann man absolut perfekt entspannen! Auch sehr ideal für mehrere Familien und Freunde. Es gibt genügend Platz (2 Wohnungen für jeweils 4 Pers. und eine Suite für bis zu 12 Pers). Im Freien findet man genügend Stühle und Tische und ausreichend Sonnenliegen bzw. eine Hängematte und eine sehr schöne Liege -Insel. Der Jacuzzi und das Wasser im Pool waren immer sehr sauber! Überhaupt war alles in perfektem Zustand. Sogar das Tischtennis-Netz war nagelneu! Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und mit einem Bose-Soundsystem konnte man überall im Freien Musik hören. Fazit: Man kommt in der Villa Il Poggiolo an und ist sofort im Urlaub - und man will unbedingt bald wiederkommen! ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!

So eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie. Der Besitzer, Mauro Bricca kümmert sich um alles. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussenanlagen waren ein Genuss. Einfach wunderbar! Mauro wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Ein Traum!!!

Fantastische Ferien. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus liegt in fantastischer Lage mit einem sagenhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hier waren wir garantiert nicht das letzte Mal.

Amazing holiday in Liguria. We were on a family holiday in Liguria with our parents and two little kids. This is one of two holidays a year we have and we wanted this trip to be a very special one. We stayed in the VIP Suite of the villa. The accommodation met all our expectations. It was spacious and bright with a lot of room for our large company. All amenities are of very good quality and condition is impeccable. The villa benefits from a wealth of gadgets and gizmos. So, everyone will be entertained at any time. The swimming pool at night and home cinema to keep kids busy during day heat were especially great. The location is very good for going to the beach especially if you drive as there is a hill to climb on the way back. At the same time because it is not directly by the sea it is not overcrowded by tourists. There is plenty of information about good restaurants in the brochure provided in the villa along other valuable local information. However, we must mention a pasta place called Macaroni which was amazing and was really good value for money. We were impressed with the service. Mauro was very friendly and explained as much as was required and was always easy to reach if any questions were to arise. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and stay there again if we plan to go to this part of Liguria again.

Villa Poggiolo realy is a great place. The setting and arrangements are top nothch. We spent a seven days there with the whole family swining making small trips arround the area and enjoying evening drinks at the side of the pool. We will be back.

A very nice villa/apartment. There were four of us staying - a visit to see my son who was working in Imperia. We initially looked for a hotel (many closed for winter) but were glad we found il Poggiolo. The villa had everything you could want and more. The kitchen was well equipped and the other rooms all perfect. The computer/television/music systems were amazing! The welcoming e-mail from owner Mauro was a nice touch with good directions. His son Stefano was there to greet us and explain everything. There was an amazing "handbook" on the computer which covered everything. Highly recommended. We're sorry not to have visited in summer to use the lovely pool and garden - maybe next year!

Super Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht. Wir haben eine Woche in der VIP Panorama Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Angaben im Internet treffen zu 100% zu. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, geräumig und bietet eine exklusive Ausstattung incl.Soundanlage von Bose und viele verschiedene freiverfügbare Musikvideos. Von der Terrasse aus schaut man auf den schön angelegten Garten mit Pool, der jeden morgen gereinigt wird, sowie auf die Bucht von Diano Marina. Zu Fuß läuft man bergab ca. 20 Min. bis zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade. In der Hauptsaison ist es am Strand recht beengt und voll, deshalb ist es tagsüber wesentlich schöner den Tag am Pool zu verbringen, wenn man dem Massentourismus etwas entgehen möchte und Ruhe sucht. Die ganze Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegtem und sauberen Zustand. Der E-mail Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stand immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Es war in Italien die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten und wir können sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. In der Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein Informationsordner mit vielen nützlichen Tipps und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ein abendlicher Spaziergang an der Strandpromenade ist sehr empfehlenswert und vorallem das italienische Eis sollte man probiert haben. Ciao

Siamo un gruppo di 12 giovani provenienti dalla Germania e abbiamo affittato l'intera Villa il Poggiolo per una settimana. Sei persone hanno soggiornato in ViP Suit, tre in ViP Panorama e le altre tre in ViP Panorama2. La casa è molto flessibile e offre tutti i comfort necessari e molta privacy! Il mare e il centro città sono raggiungibili a piedi, e la piscina e il giardino sono perfetti per momenti di relax! Il proprietario Mauro ci è stato di grande aiuto dalla prenotazione fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno! Un'esperienza da ripetere!

Little Gem on the Hillside!! We had a great stay in the 'VIP Suite' in Villa il Poggiolo in Diano Marina. We were two families, one with a 5 year old and us with a 5 year old and a two year old. We found there to be ample space for us not to be on top of each other. The apartment had everything we required and more. The facilities were excellent, having very good audio, visual equipment. It was clean, spacious and very well located to the near town of Diano Marina. The Pool was fantastic, with ts views over the sea and surrounding areas. It was a good size and we spent many an hour in it with the kids! The table tennis facilities were also good with good equipment to use. There is a communal bbq area which we used a couple of times and we ate on our private balcony which was nice. The bedrooms were of a generouss size and 2/3 were air conditioned. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The facilities included a laundry room which was useful with the amount of swimming we did! We found the surrounding area to be beautiful and quite traditonal. We appeared to be the only English in the town which was refreshing. The food was excellent and prices are reasonable. We especially liked Elio's Cafe in Diano Marina. Mauro was an excellent host and his communication was great. He supported all our queries promptly. Everything went swimmingly when organising the place. Overall we had an excellent, relaxing time and will definately be looking to go back.

A FUNtastic holiday in Italy! Dear All, We are a big family - 5 kids alltogether - in this case we travelled with 3 of them, the 4th visited us for a weekend - and because of this, we must choose a big house with enough space to everybody. Villa il Poggiolo in Diano Marina, Italy is a perfect place to choose. Full of space and light, the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and really modern style, the living room with the big LCD screen TV and Blueray Disc Player is perfect for a family to take a rest after a long trip to Milan, Pisa, Monaco or Genoa. The garden and the swimming pool is also amazing, we loved to play table tennis in the backyard of the house and my older son learned to ride a bicycle there! So, I think, if you would like to spend a perfect holiday in Italy at the beautiful coast of the Ligurian Sea, then Villa il Poggiolo is the best choice for you! Great holiday, lovely facilities and location. The accommodation was superb. Two of our children are in their early twenties and they loved the option of the multi-room sound system, extensive iTunes playlist, DVD's, bikes, table-tennis and swimming pool. Wifi proved very useful as well. Mauro and his team were very helpful and explained how to use the high tech equipment.The walk into town was quite easy and took about 15minutes. Diano Marina is a pleasant town, with shops to look at, market stalls, and plenty of restaurants. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the air-conditioning worked well, although one bedroom did not have it.

Villa il Poggiolo is great! We stayed in the V.I.P. Suite and enjoyed it immensely. The view of the sea from up on the hill was lovely and wide. The rooms were spacious, clean, chic and very comfortable. The swimming pool was large and clean. All equipment was new and in perfect working order. A bit too big for a couple, but perfect for a family or group of friends. Over the years I have stayed at many villas. This one is easily the best. Highly recommended! I will definitely go back again.

Wunderbahrer Frühling. Es war wirklich herrlich in der Villa !! Mauro ist ein sehr charmanter und großzügiger Gastgeber,Annarella bei jedem kleinsten Problem sofort hilfsbereit.Danke! Diano Marina ist auch zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen und bietet sehr guten Geschäfte aller Art ,so z.B. eine wunderbare Fischhandlung mit Preisen,von denen ich in Wien nur träumen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet,als leidenschaftliche Köchin habe ich die wunderbare Küche vier Wochen lang genossen.Die Zimmer sind hell und gr0ßzügig angelegt,die Einrichtung wirklich sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt !

Excellent holiday home. We and our family loved the villa and had an excellent week's holiday. The apartment was very clean and spacious with very up to date facilities - wi-fi, satellite TV etc. The view over the Mediterranean was lovely from the kitchen and the swimming pool. Would definitely have no reservations in recommending this holiday home.

November stay at Villa il Poggiolo. We stayed at Villa il Poggiolo VIP Suite during November, so unfortunately did not get to use the pool, which looks great! The rest of the house was perfect for us, all the children liked it and with enough space, it was even easy to stay inside for a whole day of rain. The kitchen and rest of the house is very good equiped, so that cooking and dining is fun, too. All in all we would recommend the house,we used it alone, but even for two families is enough space. With small children and buggy it is a little steep to walk downtown, or to the beach, but possible. Diano Marina itself we liked, the market was nice, some pizza-places were good, and since it was November, nothing was crowded and weather was still ok. So for us it was a good holiday and recommendable for those, who don´t need high season tourism.The owner was very friendly and uncomplicated, a plus.

Our stay at Diano Marina. It was the second time we have visited Villa il Poggiolo. We are 6 adults and 3 children. Each family had its own room to relax as well as a big kitchen and living room to come together and the terrace. The Villa is really a nice place to stay for holiday. Everything is clean and the multimedia equipment is better than at my home :-) The new pool was fabulous. Our kids as well as the adults enjoyed lying in the garden or swimming in the pool. The owner is friendly and courteous. If you have a problem, don't hesitate to contact him. All in all we can recommend the Villa to everyone.
