"Increíble! I decided to spend my birthday weekend at this hotel and it was a great experience from start to finish. A very special thank you to Faren for the room upgrade when we checked in! Also thanks to the staff for orchestrating the lovely surprise detail when we got into the room. It was appreciated. The suite was just a delight, spacious, clean and comfortable. "My wife and I had the breakfast and dinner package and everything tasted amazing. The pool and lamdscaping areas were gorgeous. Our only issue was that the room and bathroom need to be updated. The shower we had was extremely tiny and narrow. There wasnt ventilation in the bathroom area either. The room did not have sufficient electrical outlets and had no usb ports. The room was extremely bright. Thankfully they sent someone to cover the window which made the brightness not so bad but you would...
