- Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in Dewey's most desired location. This condo is located at the Residences of Light House Cove with a stunning view of the bay and marina from your private balcony. The master suite boasts a king bed with a spacious private master bath. The comfortable 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with full bath easily accessible. The open floor plan allows ample room to spread out including a well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.
The building has elevators for easy access and private parking. Easy walking distance to the beach, or the bay where there is a private sand area perfect to unwind and enjoy the tranquil water view. After a day on the beach come back and enjoy a swim in the private outdoor pool for all Residences guests. An indoor pool and fitness center are shared with the hotel and available for your use.
Easily accessible are restaurants, nightspots, shops and all Dewey has to offer. If you prefer to stay close by, unwind with dinner at the onsite restaurant and relax by the fire pits in the evening.

Great place
We had a great time staying here - the location is great, close to the beach plus a nice pool. Very clean, walkable to restaurants and stores. Would stay again!

In between daughters lacrosse tournaments
We were looking for a place to stay in between our daughters lacrosse tournaments, tired of making the 7 hour drive each way every weekend of the summer we found this gem. The condo was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed (except a vegetable peeler, but made it work). The pool was very nice, the inter costal side was interesting and would have been an amazing benefit when our kids were younger. The beach was a very reasonable walk and was not too busy any of the days we were in town. As

Amazing property
My husband and I had an amazing 4 day stay. The furnishings and linens were all top notch. Awesome location. Loved the sunset view from the balcony at night!

Wonderful short stay
Brought my mother, toddler and infant for a short weekday trip. We loved having quick access to the pool and the sand for my toddler while the baby slept. Brought a travel bassinet for the baby and there’s a little pocket room between the second bedroom and the bathroom that was perfect to close the doors for pitch black naps. The parking and hotel space is a bit of a maze the first day, but once we figured it out was very convenient from the room to the parking. Short walk to restaurants for dinner and ice cream and the beach. The smaller closer bayside beach for playing in the sand but not for swimming, and lovely to look at from the balcony. Very clean. Comfortable lovesac couch and beds. Would happily return.

Beautiful condo
We loved this property. The unit is very clean-no dirt on the Clorox wipes! Very tastefully appointed and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children (1 person slept on the couch. could have fit in the king bed). Location is perfect. On the bay, but a 2 minute walk to the beach. This area is far less crowded and family friendly than further north. Walkable to many restaurants. Trolly took us to the main boardwalk in rehoboth. This was very easy to navigate. Although 2 free parking spaces come with the rental We did pay for parking because we weren’t sure our Pacifica with Thule on top would for in the garage. We didn’t want to risk trying.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. Owners were very communicative. Would definitely recommend.

Short vacation trip
My family wanted a short vacation trip to the beach. This was just what we needed. The place is modern with all new appliances and clean. It had the main things that I look for while on vacation: it was clean, and it was in a safe location with security. Would love to be able to return.
