We love staying here so much we have come back multiple times and plan to again many more. The attention to detail to the house is amazing, and they really put in the effort to give the group a wonderful experience. It's close to the beach, there are 2 hot tubs that make it convenient for large groups warming up from long visits to the beach. The kitchen has all the amenities, and the table is large enough that you can have a meal with everyone at the table. The property is beautiful, and we always have a fun time. The roof top deck corn hole was fun, and I brought along a kid set for the lawn downstairs. Everyone had a super fun time, and we recommend staying here especially for large groups.

My family of 21 people -- ages 3 to 80 -- stayed at Memories for a long weekend. We spent lots of time on the rooftop deck, grilled in the front yard, and visited the beach. A chef even delivered birthday cakes for our family celebration. The cheesecake was the best we had ever had. Definitely hope to come back!

2nd year booking here and we love it. House is big enough for our growing clan of 15 adults and 11 children. Great room gives us enough space to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful. The rooftop is great for nice days and love the hot tub/small pool. Owners/property managers are all great and think of everything..

We held our 2nd annual SBC reunion retreat (women who had attended the same church many years ago) at the Memories House. There were 24 of us and this was the first time staying at this home. Our retreat far surpassed our expectations and this home was partly the reason. The accommodations were wonderful; having an elevator was a blessing; and Gary (the owner) made sure we had everything we needed plus more. We left with wonderful memories that will last our lifetime. Anyone wondering whether they should host their event at Memories -- do it. You won't regret it.

We are a group of 'Wild, Wacky, Wonderful Women' (referred to as the '4Ws'). We are all 55+ and live in the same community, or have lived in that community, or are friends of someone in that community. We have finally found a resort property that checked all our boxes and more! The host was extremely welcoming and responsive. The house was very clean, dry, and fresh-smelling. It had every amenity we could wish for. The elevator made the 3-story house easy to navigate and the kitchen was a cook's dream. Everything worked and was easy to find, thanks to all the labels on the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at Memories was terrific! Gary, Debbie, and Mike took great care of us - from the preoccupancy call to the daily treats to getting the garbage disposal replaced as quickly as possible! We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the roof and our daily soaks in the hot tubs. We were expecting the rooftop pool to be a bit bigger, but aside from that, everything was amazing! We highly recommend Memories!

We spent a week at the Memories House July 27th – August 3rd. We had a wonderful family reunion with 3 generations enjoying this incredibly spacious beautiful home. Gary and Debbie were great communicators both before and during our stay. The pre- occupancy check-in was a huge benefit as enabled us to talk through the amenities and sleeping accommodations which were tailored to our needs. The Great Room is very spacious with a large TV and plenty of seating , as well as a huge dining table that could seat all 26 of adults for our reunion. The rooftop with the view , relaxing space , and pool / hot tub combo was a huge hit. The “extras” included were an added bonus , in particular the fully set-up Bonfire Night which was thoroughly enjoyed. We also took advantage of the Chef option who prepared an amazing in house meal for 26 adults. Each day we were greeted with treats by Gary and his team .They take great pride in their home and were present throughout ensuring our needs were met. Although there were a few unforeseen issues , Gary and his team were extremely responsive and worked diligently to rectify any issues to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied in the end. We had a very positive experience and look forward to returning in the future to enjoy this very lovely home and make many more memories. Thank you! Susan/ Bob/ and Family

we had two dozen family and friends for a guys' weekend. The place had lots of room for playing, sleeping and bathrooms. It had several different spaces so people could create and move between different party scenes. It was walking distance from the clubs in Dewey and the breakfast diner. It was perfect for our group.

The property was very nice. Debbie, George n Mike were great. George greeted the group of ladies n showed us where everything was that we might need, n how various items worked. Mike checked in with us every day n brought very nice treats along with bottle water to take on the golf courses with us. Debbie was terrific n very informative. Very nice area, beach very close as was Dewey Beach walking distance. Looking forward to revisiting.

We had a team retreat with colleagues, and everyone loved the stay! We did need to work during business hours, connect to video meetings and so on - the WiFi worked seamlessly. Hottub on a rooftop is an amazing idea - since it's on the roof, it doesn't have insects or leaves falling in. The kitchen had everything we needed (though since all of us are hot tea lovers we would appreciate an electric kettle, but the kettle to heat on the gas stove was also fine with us). All shelves were labled, so it was easy to find things. The beach is clean and super close! The house has an outside shower to wash off the sand. Oh, and there were free beach chairs to use! The TV in the living room has a huge screen, we easily connected it to YouTube from the phone to stream some music :-) Our colleague in a wheelchair (who can't stand up from the wheelchair at all) said that the house was pretty accessible: it has a ramp to enter the house and a great elevator to go to the 1st, 2nd and 3d floors. We did need to open and close elevator doors for him, but it was fine by us. An elevator worked fine, tolerated the weight of a very heavy electric wheelchair and never broke down - that was the main thing! Everything was clean and working. The property owners were always ready to answer any questions we had and helped us with our inquiries pretty quickly. Would totally recommend the place!

We stayed at Memories over the 4th of July week in 2023. There were 6 Families with 27 people. Everybody had an awesome time! House was only a short walk from the beach. We were able to watch the fireworks from the roof. The hosts (Gary and Debbie) did an excellent job communicating with us both before and during our stay. The arranged a Bonfire on the beach and assisted with caterers during the week. The hosts were always responsive even during the weekend/holidays over the 4th of July. We loved the location of the house as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars in Dewey Beach and was a 15 minute walk from the Rehoboth Boardwalk. There was a Trolly stop less than 1 block from the house for those days when people preferred to ride. We would definitely stay again!

We are 21 demanding family members from 3 to 83 years old and from London to San Diego. We always look forward to our summer beach reunion and we have become experts at all the various possibilities from Rehoboth to Lewes, DE. “Memories” is a most welcoming, ample, and comfortable mansion on a lovely stretch of Dewey Beach. It’s owners gave us every reason to want to come back in future years. Gary Talley and his assistant Debbie were truly lovely hosts, bringing us little gifts every day and attending to every need. The house itself is magnificent and incredibly well appointed. We love to cook and we never lacked for all the right equipment. The gigantic family table seated us all! Every detail seemed provided for and the residential suites were very comfortable for each subset of our family. Our hosts even found us a chef for our final evening’s birthday celebration! We would recommend Memories wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a very special stay and we certainly hope to come back some day to enjoy the rooftop, hot tub, kitchen, and great room all over again.

24 members of my friends and family stayed here for my wedding. From the beginning, Gary and Debbie were helpful, pleasant and quick to respond to any questions I had. Although the house is huge and has a lot of moving parts, Debbie was there at check in and showed me and my wife how to use every piece of equipment. 5 families stayed in this home comfortably and had enough privacy. We would recommend this place to any big family or friendly gathering. We hosted our rehearsal dinner up stairs in the great room and fit 35 without a problem. We would love to stay here again.

Easily accommodated all of our guests and the host were great and on top of everything to make sure our stay was perfect! We were looking for a beach house that met many diverse needs and Memories did not disappoint. 20 people (12 adults, 8 kids) slept comfortably in the roomy bedrooms and the private bathrooms were a plus. The great room accommodated our needs when having large group meals and kids’ activities. The view was beautiful and it was a 1 block walk to the ocean which is super helpful with lots of kiddos in tow. The ocean was too cold to swim given the time of year so the pool and hot tubs were used several times by our party and were a huge hit. Gary and Debbie were very attentive with daily visits to check on the pool and hot tub and deliver treats, and responded quickly to our questions. Property was very well maintained. Handicap accessibility was important to our party and everything was updated and in good working order. The pool was accessed by a chair lift and then a few stairs, so it was not available to our guest due to his needs but could be available to those who had some mobility. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and hope to book Memories again.

Everything about the listing, from check in to check out was just as listed. House had everything we needed, and more. The beds were amazing! The first floor is original and to some may seem dated, but I loved the charm! The pink tub took me to my childhood. The elevator is a plus and the hot tubs and pool were perfect!
