Gary Talley has preserved the charm of the original cottage in honor of his parents and the many good memories he has of their family getting together for reunions at the beach and has maintained the original cottage in pristine condition. He wants other families to enjoy the same wonderful experiences he has been able to enjoy with his family over the years and built on to the home to accommodate family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, etc. so other groups can experience these special and memorable times. Thus the name Memories was decided on for the house.
