Great stay with our four kids! Condo is clean and well equipped with wonderful amenities. Excellent location to the beach and only drawback to the location is having to cross the constantly busy Route 1 for beach access and restrooms throughout the day. Since it is the top floor of the Hyatt you have that hotel feel with all the hallways, doors and elevators. After checking with property manager, learned our SUV with topper would be to tall for parking garage clearance so brought two cars and utilized both parking spots for unit. Had to bring our own beach towels and gear as none provided. Stored gear in car each day as we didn’t want to drag sand into condo and there was no space to keep it out of the way. Check-in was super efficient thanks to the detailed instructions. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to be able to walk to everything and take the Jolly Trolley up to Rehoboth Beach for a night.

Great Place

While getting around the property was confusing, the condo was clean and well taken care of. It was stocked with the things we needed (soaps, toilet paper, etc.) so that we didn't need to provide them ourselves. The managers were easy to contact and helpful. From the condo, we were able to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Check-out was easy. Esp. liked parking in the covered garage. We would stay there again.

Convenient to Everything

This is a lovely condo with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our stay was only two nights and we did not have an opportunity to take advantage of all the amenities available to guests. Mattresses were very comfortable, the walk-in shower helpful for those with limited mobility, but there is some walking involved to access the condo from the parking garage and from the condo to the main facilities of the hotel. Security is rather elaborate with a key card needed to access parking and for elevator operation. This location is convenient to everything in Dewey Beach with the ocean beach only a short block away and Rehoboth beaches and boardwalk a short drive. You can explore the area or enjoy all the pleasures of sea and surf on the adjoining bay beach.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable, well decorated, clean and stocked. We appreciated the portable cooler in the closet for beach days! Location was perfect for beach and for walking to restaurants for dinner. Having 2 parking spots in the garage worked great for our family. I realize it might be difficult, but it would have been nice to have more than 2 key cards, as you need them for room, pool, elevators, etc.
