  • Discover the best of Dewey Beach from our spacious 2-BR family-friendly 2nd floor apartment overlooking a marina and the Rehoboth Bay. A quiet place to relax on your balcony, watch the sunset, the boats and the calm bay waters. This two bedroom, two full bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and one double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large living room, full kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. There is high speed wi-fi access and each tv is a Roku tv with access to all your favorite apps. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the marina.

    Waterfront dining, beautiful beaches and lively entertainment are steps away from your vacation getaway. The walking to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk across Coastal Highway. The location is ideal and very safe, Dewey Beach Town Hall and Dewey Beach Police Station are steps away.

This condo is centrally located with restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. It's 1 block from the beach. Condo was exactly as described. Jorge was very accommodating and answered/handled any questions/issues right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rental!

The apartment was perfect for our family and dog. It was very nice. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay & host!

Donnie was a great host & this is a great property in the Dewey Beach area! He was very communicative prior to check in and with the check out process. It was the perfect place for us during our stay. We hope to stay here again!

This place was so amazing in all facets but particularly in terms of location (right behind Rusty Rudder), view (the sunset was amazing), supplementals (parking, on call needs), space, etc.

Fabulous Sunsets!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, bright and spacious! The location was fine for us in the off peak season with access to parking and within easy walking distance to some restaurants and the ocean.

Wonderful book club away

We had a small group that traveled to Dewey Beach, and this condo was perfect for us. There was more than enough space for all five women, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. We cannot wait to stay again!

Our weekend stay was excellent. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. Great balcony view of bay and easy walk to beach and reaturants. Would highly recommend!

The property was in a great location and very spacious. The host was easily accessible and quick to respond when we needed help with the door code. I would stay here again!
