Great Week in Dewey Beach!

Great location and access to the beach! We loved not having to drive much all week as restaurants, shops and the beach were all walking distance. Great setup for bigger families as we had rooms for parents, grandparents and even the children!

Convenient Location

Convenient Location in the middle of all the excitement Dewy beach has to offer. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Must rent or bring your own towels (bath & kitchen) and linens for beds.

Nice time in Dewey Beach

A nice condo unit overlooking Rt. 1. Inside, the unit is quiet. We never heard any noise from the adjacent tenants. Furniture and appliances were in good shape. The building is located on the ocean side of Rt. 1 so you never have to cross the street to get to the beach (a plus in my book). The building is also steps away from the major restaurants and bars.This place a good value.

Best Location!

OMG what a wonderful place to stay with kids ages 10-17 years old. We went for a quick little getaway. The location was literally steps to the beach. Made it so convenient . The availability of beach chairs and umbrellas made it even easier. The place was clean and had everything we needed.! We would love to come back!

Great spot

Cannot beat the location for convenience, except for flashing police lights outside of master bedroom sliding glass doors and window until bars closed at night. Not too loud but we brought a small air filter that whited out the noise. Master bed was not comfortable at all and made a lot of noise (hope your kids sleep soundly if you're planning adult time on the vacation) Spacious open design. No hot tub as far as I could find although it’s listed in the VRBO amenities. Need to bring your own hair dryer and hand soap as a heads up. Love the no check in process. All the rest is positive. I’d go there again

Great location

If you want to be in the center of things, this is a great place. Short, easy walk to the beach. Near tons of restaurants. Gets loud at night in the summer. If you go to bed early, bring a sound machine. Clean place and host was very responsive to mid week inquiry.

Great Place - Great Location!

The Surfrider was exactly like the pictures, extremely clean, and is the heart of Dewey! Harry was wonderful at communicating check in/out details, and answered our few questions right away. The location of this place is amazing and the balcony was perfect for people watching! We were so close to the beach and could walk everywhere in Dewey without really needing to go too far; we really were about 70 steps from the beach! The beach chairs that Harry provided were new and saved us from having to pack them. The umbrella was also helpful to give us a break from tbe sun. For being in the middle of all the Dewey fun, we didnt find the Surfrider to be overly noisey at all. However, I should note that we are night owls and have 2 teenagers- highschool & college. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely come again!

Great location and easy to work with!

The location is great, the property is wonderfully taken care of, and the host is easy to communicate with! He answered all of our questions about bedding and what to bring in a timely fashion, and was super pleasant to work with! The house is great, the parking spots are even better and you can walk to all the best places! Absolutely will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is much bigger than pictured, and the balconies were lovely. The location was perfect. We had plenty of space and everything we needed was there. 2 parking spots was a great amenity. Our only complaint was that we had flies/bugs that entered the condo. We think this happened because an outdoor light for the condo complex was right outside of our door. Next time, we will make sure to bring some bug traps to keep outside the door. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Long weekend- fun even in bad weather

We spent a long weekend in Dewey- our dog’s happy place. Despite the tropical storm we had a great time. Location was perfect- we could get dinner without getting wet. Great space for teens to spread out but still be together.
