Important when booking. Please provide a short description of who will be staying at the property including whether a family or group and ages of all guests. Any reservations received without guest information will be cancelled.
Guests must provide their own Sheets and bath towels as they are not provided. Provided bedding to include pillows with freshly laundered pillow covers, mattress pads and quilted bedspreads.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a thoughtfully prepared starter set of household essentials to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The starter set includes trash bags, liquid hand soap at each sink, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen cleaning spray and pre-packaged sponge. This limited supply is designed to last for a night or two, providing guests with the essentials they need to settle in comfortably.
Families, couples and mature adult groups with members all over 30 years of age welcome. Please, NO high school or college bachelor/bachelorette or party groups allowed.
