Disappointed

No sheets on bunk bed and only a mattress on bottom. No washer and dryer. You could only open microwave 6 inches so couldn't put full size plate in it. TV was not regular cable

Interesting Rental Property.

Over all it served its purpose. The heating temp was a constant issue due to it being locked. We were sharing the home with black carpenter ants mostly in the office and livening room. (not to bad) The coffee maker is a keurig incase you need to know. The Co Host was very helpful.

Restful getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. It was a time for rest and us and Pablo was awesome with everything even allowed us early check in for our circumstances. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful remodeling job.

Great property as far as agreed location and insides remodeled well with good taste. Gave me an extra day which was appreciated. Property needed work on the porch and yard. House smelled bad like an animal and then covered up with artificial room fragrances. Needs to have smells removed. I left windows open when I could. I would come back after smells are removed. Washer and dryer repaired a important missing piece. Good people to work with. But we’re hard to get a hold off until property was rented and close to date. Sleeps a lot of people was a plus.

Great Stay Overall

The house was clean and accommodating for our family and the purpose of our visit. The house was cozy, comfy, and felt like home.. Thanks for letting us stay!! We enjoyed it and look forward to staying in the future if available!

Room for Improvement

My impressions were good until I arrived with several things not operating correctly. The thermostat had too much of a restriction on it, my Mom was cold during the stay, and it could not be adjusted to warm it up enough due to the restrictions the host placed on the Nest thermostat. The tub drained way to slow, and by the time I finished my shower water was half way to my knees. The laundry room was inoperable and locked, the island cooktop was inoperable, the microwave door could only open half way, only Roku was available on the TV, and the host could not understand the concept of two adults needing two separate rooms. After several exchanges of informing him that it was two adults needing two separate rooms, I arrived to only one room with a made bed, and had to call to have sheets delivered for the other one. The host must assumed that I wanted to sleep with my Mom. For a VRBO, you have to accept some things, and this host is too controlling (no shoes inside) and restrictive in a place that he lives in while it is not rented. It was a nice price with a pandemic going on that allowed us to create our menu for several days that allowed us to stay in more, but the home warranty company is not working out too well for him with the deficiencies present. The flies, ants and other bugs seem to find their way inside even though all the doors and windows stay closed too. I am not from Beverly Hills, but this could have definately been a better experience.

Charming home for weekend visit

Recently in town for weekend soccer games and this house was perfect for our visit. Newly remodeled, had everything we needed and owner was easy to work with. Enjoyed local diner in the mornings and was in a convenient area. Worked out great! Thanks!

Pristine and Pretty

We were struck immediately by the updated decor and cleanliness of the property. The owners replied to questions immediately. They also let us know there were 2 small damages that they were aware of. The biggest concern was no curtain on the office bedroom facing the street. The Master Bed does squeak when changing positions in sleep. We loved the place overall. It was a very quiet neighborhood as well.

Need to provide more accurate information about the property.

Checkin notice was not a day before, but rather I had to reach out. The property had an odor. Property was not cleaned... my son stepped on glass. Property was not meant for multiple occupants... capacity for hot water was for 1 person. Extra room for sleeping did not have curtains. Did not disclose that they kept cats... I am allergic to cats. The refrigerator had expired food an a rancid smell. Linens were provided for 2 people for 3 nights not for 6 people.

Business trip to Showplace conference center

Three of us stayed at this property while attending a conference at the Show Place conference center. The house met our needs ( we didn’t do much at the house). The house is twenty minutes from the center but provided easy access. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. We had access to plenty of restaurants.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Our family had a very busy schedule during our visit to Michigan. This property definitely served its purpose. We had one "small" issue and the owner went out of his way to rectify. Communication was great!!! Super friendly and the property information folder left for guests was helpful. This property is well maintained and is priced appropriately.

Great communication and clean property

Beautiful property especially for the price. They provided us with toiletries and a user manual. We did have a slight issue with blinds missing from the third bedroom which made one of the guest uncomfortable but we adjusted and just stayed in 2 rooms instead of 3. Couch was very comfy and I liked having the streaming services on all the TV's. If I ever come back to Detroit, this will be my go to spot. Paulo was amazing with communication and I can definitely see him becoming a superhost in no time.

Very nice home.

Overall the home is very nice. There were just a couple things That would have made the stay even better. I would have liked a blind or curtain on the bathroom window and a mattress pad on the master bed.
