  • Happy Summer!! The Pink Persuasion Custom Unit is a unique apartment in the city of Detroit. The walls are painted in two different pinks, gray & white and there is unique custom decor in each room throughout the unit. This is a one of a kind experience with your friends, family, or significant other! Book your next girls night, event, photoshoot, etc!!! You will not regret booking this space!

    We are inside of a Multi-Family Unit. The Pink Persuasion is located on the Upper 2nd Floor and the bottom unit is a separate unit also listed and rented out. Each unit has their own separate entrance into the units with their own bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchens. We have more than enough parking as well.

I feel like some things could be replaced in the house. ESPECIALLY the couch which was sunk in. We all had a good time but I feel like the place needs to be updated.

The way the apartment was decorated was cute. Loved all the pink and brightness. There was plenty of space for us all to sleep. The location was not ideal. Further away from the concert venue then we wanted (Pine Knob) The host was great! She replied almost instantly and was very very accommodating, I would recommend her as a host 100%. We had a great time and enjoyed the fun decor in the place :)

Perfect space for GNI!

Pros: Host was very professional and responsive. Decor was on point! And vibe was perfect. Cons: Sofa wasn't in the best condition and wallpaper was peeling in one of the rooms. Also no cleaning products, or paper towels in bathroom. Overall: I had a great time. I would stay again with a few minor improvements.

Great Stay, Superb Host...good times

We decided to do a surprise sleepover for my daughters 13th birthday. This was thee perfect setting for adults and 13 year olds. The girls loved every room and took pictures throughout the night. The house is spacious, clean and even had some kitchen utensils that we needed to use. The hosts were amazing, polite and very accommodating. We may find another reason to rent this place again.

This VRBO property was exactly what I needed for my birthday celebration with my family and friends. I was using a health and wellness spa for this event but the elevator was not operating this weekend. The Host is very pleasant and answers questions quickly. Everyone is so very helpful.The only problem I had was that there was misrepresentation the pictures on VRBO are very out dated.

The stay was fine. I would bring extra fans for the bedrooms. Most of the light need a plug or cube to plug up so all the pretty light were off. Does need so TLC. Couple things damaged before hand.
