Excellent Stay!
The staff was so kind and courteous and they set up a lovely breakfast. Before they cleared the breakfast items the staff went around to see if anyone needed anything else first, very personal touch. Upon checking out we were asked if our stay was comfortable and to please visit again. Excellent! The room was so clean and well stocked and the location is quiet although located near a busy area. We did not visit the pool area but it seems that lots of guests were enjoying it. We will definitely return.

The handicapped shower bench included pored enough water out of the shower to create a swimming pool in the tiled section and even collapsed resulting in my wife's head smashing into the tub. The cleaning manager was informed he manxplained how to use it and after I showed him what he explained and how it failed and collapsed he jusr half heartedly apologized and left. 2 day of our vacation to meet our granddaughter gone to a hospital stay. The cleaning crew (minus there manager) were amazing. Helped with the water and even found a shower chair. They were awesome.

Reservation was made 3 months in advance. Arrived to find we were on the ground floor facing the parking lot. We refused and waited for 30 minutes for them to clean another room for us. We found the facility to be old and a little shabby. The breakfast was awful. We would never stay here again

The worst pillows are ever slept on. I would love to give them a better rating, but not being able to sleep on hard and lumpy pillows didn't contribute to a good or even decent hotel experience.

It took a while to check in, only 1 person working the desk. The room was under average, and for a king bed we only had three pillows. Asked for one or two extra pillows, and it was as if it was a hardship for them to give us one more pillow. When we went down to breakfast, there was no one around to help with things that were going wrong, or empty or lacking. Many tables were dirty and couldn't be used. Both workers that we did Come across over our 24-hour stay, seem to not to want to be there.

The check-in process was easy. The front desk host was extremely nice and sweet, even when another guest was very rude to her. The space in the rooms are nice, especially for two people staying for a few days. The hotel was a nice distance from all of the activities that we had planned. The pool was amazing and actually warm. It reminded me of a jacuzzi, which is my favorite. Cons: Housekeeping never came to our room as requested. The hotel room (shower and floor) could have been a bit more cleaner than it was.

It was only one overnight stay but it was still a good experience. Quick check in, the hotel was quiet, the room was spacious ( we had a studio suite). The only thing was I wanted to do a late check out and there weren’t any available.

It was great and the hotel was clean. Nice place to stay with family. The hallways were a little smelly- mostly marijuana smell. I was disappointed that breakfast service wasn't available, due to New Year. I understand giving the employees a break, however, breakfast was one of the reasons that I chose to stay here with my family. I wish the hotel would have let us know prior to the stay.

Everything is great, resturant , supermarket shops are beside. ESpecially the front desk, the way he talk was very professional , nice and sweet better than 5 stars hotel staffs. The property should have a sign for EV parking only, half spots were parked Non EV cars

This is our favorite Hotel Brand, and we stay here every Thanksgiving to visit family. Excellent staff and service. Excellent breakfast offerings. No negatives at all.
