We booked this VRBO 2 months in advance of the event we were in town for, we clearly communicated in the booking that our group size was 7 people. During the evening of the event, the second night of our stay, the VRBO host informed us that he had not read the group size, and we owed him additional fees. It took us 4 hours of communicating with the host and being on hold with customer service during the event we were in town for. We booked VRBO instead of a hotel to keep our group together, but this took that away from us as I was away dealing with this host's mistake - We will book a hotel next time.

Although there was a minor issue with communication, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in the home and its decor. I would gladly stay there again.

We are a group of guys that love fishing the detroit river in the spring This trip was the 3rd time we have stayed here What a great place to stay from the cleaness of the house upon arival, the communication with the host, ease of access each time we have stayed. The pool table dart games in the basement level The location in Wyndotte could not be more safe we have brought 3 boats each time (with lost of equipment )we have stayed never a problem Location to everything you could think of from resturants grocerys entertainment is close and convenient. Lots of extra towels stocked soaps etc in baths, K cup coffe maker with lots of cups, snacks in kitchen when we arrived Just can not express all the positives with this place Thank you Roderick it is always a pleasure to speak with you and staying at your place is one of the highlites of our annual trip and we will be booking for our next spring trip Thank you for making our trip to Wyndotte such a fun tripThe guys from WIsconsin

Wonderful home!

I can't say enough good things about the home. To begin with the host was friendly and quick to reply. They were able to accommodate our special requests with no issues. Getting to the home. Location is great. Close to the hospital, the river, etc. It's new, it's clean and well kept. Very spacious. Very nice furniture throughout. The pictures on here really don't do it justice. The home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly ask for and then some. They even had a nice backyard with trampoline and firepit. Special thanks for the treat basket which we pretty much demolished! Great place and if the need ever arises again I wouldn't hesitate to book it.
