Wi-Fi not working throughout the entire stay, despite being listed as an amenity.Poor water pressure across the entire house.Third-level shower shutting off randomly during use.Second-level shower knob loose and diverter valve broken (partially fixed by handyman but valve still unusable).Blinds were broken, compromising both privacy and comfort.Walls were stained, creating an unclean and unkempt appearance.Listing photos were misleading, as the property’s condition upon arrival did not match the images shown on the VRBO app.Unprofessional communication, including the handyman arriving at the property before I was informed he was on his way.
