"Good Located Complete Breakfast service Clean room Every point was excelent except the speed of internet /WiFi"

"We’ve stayed there for 4 nights. It is not a real 5-star hotel. There was no soap, toothpaste and other things in the bathroom. Staff were really pushy. While checking out we were asked whether we had used anything from the minibar or not. When we said no they answered,”you used one item (in fact emphasized) and they showed us an unpacked chips pocket!!! When we said no they used a very offensive body language! Although they accepted finally and didn’t charge us, it was terrible behavior....

"El hotel es en todos los sentidos excepcional: Aparcamiento gratis, habitación acogedora, grande y limpia. Desayuno variado y muy rico. Pero lo mejor han sido las personas, tanto en recepción como camareros, sobre todo los del desayuno. No se puede hacer mejor."

"The hotel is a great place to stay The ride to airport was great as well; the car was really clean and Mohammed was excellent! See you next time."

"Nutcrackers is so good"

"En realidad, todo. Pero la relación calidad-precio es excelente."

"World class staff, will help you with everything"

"Very nice and clean"

"Todo me gustó mucho"

"After an initial booking problem, the hotel owner Mr Doğan and hotel manager Mr Açıkgöz did their best to accommodate us and provided an interim solution for the first night and two nice rooms for the second. The hotel facilities are great for families and the private beach at the lake is perfect for a morning swim. Great sunset views for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Would come back again if we were to stay in Van."

"Ulaşımı kolay şehir merkezinde, temiz bakımlı bir oteldi."

"The hotel was not clean. The staff were not friendly and collaborative. The breakfast and buffet was terrible."

"Very clean and nice and good location"

"Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü ve kibarlardı erken checkin konusunda çok yardımcı oldular."
