"Wir waren 14 Nächte Gäste im Haus von Stephan und Thorsten. Nach Abholung des Mietwagens konnten wir ohne Probleme die Adresse finden. Das Einfahrtstor war bereits für uns geöffnet, Wolfgang und seine Frau begrüßten uns recht herzlich und zeigten uns alles. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es warteten zwei Terrassen mit Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf uns. "The property is very spacious and well equipped with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. It’s easy to get to, just off the motorway and in a very quiet neighbourhood, away from the busy tourist areas. Maite was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay again. "

Cosas que se podrían mejorar. 1.En la cocina hay muy pocas cazuelas para cocinar y los cubiertos no tienen calidad. 2.El piso del apartamento se podría limpiar mejor. "This was our second long stay of nine weeks at the apartment and we have enjoyed both very much. It is an ideal location for a couple or a couple with a child who are looking for a quiet location but with good access to the conveniences of a couple of nearby towns. "We were amazed at the huge space in this property. It's all on one level which is perfect for young children and the outside patios are so great as they are fully enclosed and you can relax as parents. The property is old with traditional features and you get a truly Canarian experience of village life. The local town of Güímar is very nice especially at festival times. The beds were big and comfortable and internet good. "

"The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...
