"Paint on the walls is peeling and stained. Needs cleaning and paint. Mold in bathroom and in the coffee pot provided. "

"Overall, everything was excellent for a getaway. The atmosphere was pleasant and perfect for relaxation. The pool villa was clean and beautiful, and the staff were polite and provided impressive service. I would definitely return if given the chance."

"Convenience location and helpful staff. But uncomfortable beds and need more amenities such as box of tissues. I have stayed twice there. Suggest that the toilet amenities tray should be in bathroom not leaves by the coffee makers."

"All good .. great location for local amenities and airport. Great value "

"Very convenient location for me"

"Room was comfortable and had a very bathroom. Wife and I stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning keep the room very comfortable in summers heat and humidity. About a 15-30 minute drive to center of city Ubon."

"bed was rock hard could not sleep at all TV reception was appalling, complained and was told thats the way it is , no lights in hallway"

"Good little place to stay friendly staff and clean place. Off street parking, large room. 7/11 and others all within easy walking distance."

"Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2."

"Good value Friendly staff."

"Estancia de ensueño. Nuestras expectativas eran altas pero se cumplieron sobradamente. Recomiendo también el restaurante del hotel ya que todo lo que comimos estaba delicioso. En resumen nos encantó el alojamiento y el entorno."
