However, having everything needed - proper kitchen with all the appliances, a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom closet, almost made up for it. Being right next-door to South Point Mall, a short stroll to Southern Cross Club, the lake and parks was fantastic. The local cafe is a stone's throw, other restaurants a short walk and South Point shopping centre a short drive.It has an amazing view of the Murrumbidgee River and is also very close to a great playground for kids and walking paths up and down the river.
