We had to change our arrival day, and the owner was super flexible and even gave us a partial refund within 24hrs due to a slight price decrease. "The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. "

"This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway with two couples, two dogs, and an infant! Plenty of space inside, clean, and comfortable. The deck is particularly special! We made good use of the fire pit as well. It's location is fantastic: right on the lake, 30-ish minutes from Ithaca, and close to some amazing hikes, wineries, breweries, cider houses, etc. The owners provided excellent information and were very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...

"Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. "

"Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property!"

"We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. "
