"This property was just beautiful! It was very clean and bright. It was homey. The beds and living room furniture were so very comfortable. The view of the park and river across the street was beautiful. We were in walking distance to food and drinks. Just minutes from the highway. Our host was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with. Always responsive. It was so easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this place. The pictures posted were true to form."

"48 State St is an older house being renovated. It was originally a carriage which , around 1920, or so, was rotated 90 degree and made into 4 apartments.Apartment 48 is nicely renovated with window air conditioners and newappliances . It sits on a hill overlooking the Oswego river. The view and breezes are great.Yachts often park below the house, near the old bridge house.. Although only 1/2block from downtown, not much is there, a couple of bakeries and one or twobar/grills. There is a...

"House had modern furnishings. It was clean and I liked that there was extra bedding and towels."

"We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The home has a peaceful, quaint charm, and the waterfront view was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The property is older and could use a few finishing touches, but it was clear that improvements are being made. Those small details did not take away from our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting the owner, Bobby. He was incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and...

"Had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood. Pictures are very accurate. Loved having a campfire almost every night next to the river. Places are close if you wanted to go out to eat."

"The bathroom products are behind the mirror. Everything was great."

"It's a new hotel so it's really nice and clean staff was t really very welcoming"

"I would like to say that the facilities are very deteriorated, the breakfast is not that I expect a buffet, but I expected a little more, also when I booked I did it for two people and rented a room with sofa bed and the sofa bed is very deteriorated, the mattress is dirty and without the covers to sleep on it, the ice machine was not working, in short I think if I have to travel again in Syracuse NY I would not stay here again. "La habitación no tenia toallas. Apenas entra al hotel huele muchísimo a Clorox de la piscina "

"Lo único rescatable fue la señora de recepción, amable y simpática , la habitación olía muy feo y húmeda y los pasillos insoportable respirar con el humo de marihuana . Mucho gente tomando en el parking y fumando "
