"Was here for work, which is close by, so it was nice to find a reasonably priced VRBO in this area rather than driving from Geneva. Newly remodeled and well equipped. A great place to stay."

"Lovely spot for a relaxing get away. We spent several days going to the Finger Lakes for wine and cider tasteing and the rest chilling on the deck. Local family visited and everyone enjoyed swimming and floating in the bay. The local Sodus Point beach was a nice change and uncrowded. "

"8 fishermen had a wonderful stay. The cottage was perfect for our large group. Bob was an outstanding host!"

"Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it....

"Peace and quiet. Beautifully appointed cabin, gorgeous outside spaces, warm fire, and fun shooting pool. Very relaxing. "

Enjoyed the lush creek area with all of the plants, wildlife and birds!The overall concept is great and it is set up nicely. 3 stars due to the generator not working, the general unkempness of the grass and the toilet being extremely unpleasant.Luckily, the solar power lasted long enough to turn on AC to air the dome out and it was a cooler evening for sleeping. "

"Very easy rental. Our host was available as needed, but we were free to come and go as we pleased. It’s out a ways from town, which for us was ideal. Highly recommend this property."
