He lead us to believe it was ok and he would still get the place ready for us within 2 hrs (as half of our party had already arrived in the area). After a 4hr ride, we arrive to find he is cancelling our reservation and now he says he supposedly double booked. Either way he lied to us when he said he was getting it ready. "Had a family retreat to partake in the Deck the Halls event on Seneca Lake and this home was perfect for the 8 of us. Top to bottom the home was very clean, kitchen had all the items we need to make our meals, game room was a big hit. Close to Watkins Glen and right on the wine trail. Did not get to use the outdoor patio but looks like a great spot to finish off the night."
