"The space was just what we needed for my husband and I. The space would be small for more than two people. The table was awkward to access and only had the one bench, no chairs for the opposite side. We only slept there because we were busy with our grandson's baseball tournament. It was so quiet and peaceful. We did not cook at all or have time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, although we did enjoy watching the family of turkeys in the morning. "Very secluded location yet close enough to town to get some takeout and bring it home still warm. Not sure why there isn’t enough hand soap it was watered downed like they were trying to save on having to buy another one. No soap or shampoo in the shower, this should be shared in things to bring with you. I know these may sound like very little things but for $500 a night very simple things to provide."

"Wonderful place to stay! SO CLEAN!! My family stayed Summer House while our oldest played at CDP. It was only a 7-8 minute to the park. It offered plenty of space for our other 3 boys to play and explore during any downtime! It came equipped with everything you need! Highly recommend! The hosts were fabulous!"

"This property is tucked away on a quiet street with a beautiful sounding stream that runs through the backyard. Our family of four had plenty of room. The only downside was hearing the noise from the upstairs tenant during the night. We solved this with a simple sound machine app that we would use at bedtime and then we were fine. Would definitely recommend for a nice place to stay while visiting Cooperstown!"

"Rabbit Run Farmhouse in Hartwick was perfect for hosting multiple families for the Cooperstown dreams park tournament!The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond, and they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.The farmhouse itself was beautiful with plenty of room for our whole group.
